Is that the entire list of sedans? huh. It can't be...there's a few I can think of that aren't on the list above. But if we have to choose from that list...

As usual, I'll start off by challenging the question...how can anyone say one of these is "best"? Best at handling? Best with accleration? Speed? Hauling groceries? Gas mileage?.....What??

If we're talking best-performing overall (pure accelration, pure handling, pure speed, traction, braking etc), I'd have to vote Infiniti G35, with the Impreza running a close second. The G35 suffers from less understeer and is more flexible on pavement with gearing and handling, but the Impreza is no-doubt better off-road, and it's lighter as well if I'm not mistaken (I might be).

It's a close call, but the Infiniti wins in my opinion because it's got the overall higher top speed of 173.75 mph in my track tests while stock. Imprezas have trouble topping 150if they can even make it that far.

I mean't best like: fastest, best handling, what you think looks cooler.

PS: It isn't just the new ones, and you don't have to choose from those. Just pick none of the above.

Well if we're going by looks, it's a completely different story. I'd put the Jag up there instead of the Infiniti I voted for. Jaguars simply have their own style...many other cars on the list are in fuller competition with one another, hence they wind up looking similar to appease to that particular marketing crowd. Jaguar had its own style when GT4 was released, which is partially why they're in trouble financially now (my opinion). The newest Jags that are coming out next year look more like Lexuses. :grumpy:

But the Jag doesn't come anywhere near the Infiniti or the Subie so far as performance capabilities.

If we're voting "off the list", I'd vote the Mercedes 190E for looks.

Yeah!The G35 kicks @ss!!!

And the Infiniti can't hold up against the M5 which is quite possibly the "best" in nearly every objective measurement and surely the quickest overall of what's here.

that is mainly due the amount of HP, it has allmost twice tha amount of the ifinity...

That's not an excuse at all. I could defend the Evo saying that it is rally inspired, thus the short transmission. We are talking about factory stock cars here. The M5 is hands down the best, in my opinion.

Totally of your opinion. Even stock it has great handling and good power-to-weight ratio. 👍

I voted for it, too. 👍

id say the '04 Monaro you find in the Australian garage is the best sedan

I think there are a couple in the nissan showroom.

I dont think there is i think they are all 2 door. Unless the older ones are aka before 1990

The only 4-door Skyline in GT4 is the Blitz one in the Tuner section.

I'd have to vote "None of the above".

The Lotus Carlton gets my seal of approval. Not so fast as the BMW M5, but a more exciting challenge to drive than the bland Beemer.

I totally forgot about that one, it is a fun car to drive :).

Shame you can't vote for the Blitz ER34...that kicks arse! As for the BMW M5, do you know who drive them? Bankers who screwed up the economy and caused the credit crunch by taking on risky debtors who worked at a GM/Chrysler factory that went bye-bye when those two went bankrupt.

Are you serious? Bankers don't drive M5s... in fact... they don't drive at all. They get chauffeured around in the back of plush 7-series and S-Classes... Footballers drive M5s.

Handling? Check.

High speed? Check.

Handling at high speed? Double Check. Wait... triple check.

The Blitz four-door is fast and powerful, but it's much, much trickier at the limit than the M5, which is sublime in the way it handles. The M5 is the only four door in GT4 that can hang with most of the supercars in the game.

I'd disagree that the M5 is bland, but I do agree that the Carlton is more fun to drive.

And it's still faster than the G35...

Depending on which version he plays, there is also the '03 Nissan Skyline which comes in two different models(300GT and 350GT-8).To some its something called the Infiniti G35 but...

That doesn't take away the fact that it kicks the rest of the cars in this poll butts, performance wise.

Obviously for me, BMW M5!!! The performance is just outstanding for such a Sedan car and in fact, it's the fastest off all in the game!! In the sedan category that is. Even the highly modded and being set up to the best the E55 AMG still can't beat the modified BMW M5. By 12 seconds slower than an M5. And I also agree with you ''Codename L''!!!! Performance wise!!!

Haha, cool, I'm not the only one to go with the Subaru Impreza! I like a specific one, it's the rally car prototype one. It's hard to explain when the computer's downstairs and the Playstation's upstairs. I don't have a laptop either. Whatever, back on topic.

Would vote for the Carlton. Work of art that gave Vauxhall a halo car that was worth owning!
