What was he spraying on the tyre there, and what was the point of it?

He was spraying on Windex (glass cleaner), so the tires wouldn't have as much friction on the ground and would spin better. Why he had Windex in the first place is beyond me! Usually people just use water.

That's what I hate is when they yank videos, but instead of putting up a screenshot in the video frame that says "This video has been removed", they keep the video screenshot then when you try to start it, it then says they removed it.
