I recently signed up for Bing rewards and I came across some good stuff.. If you sign up you get alot of points and you can put points towards MS points if you have a Xbox , or Amazon gift cards.

You get points for searching and completing different tasks.. If you are intrested then just check the link out below.. It's simple for me since I mostly use the computer at school...

Where do I click to sign up? I click join and it just takes me to a search bar.

You need a windows live account. If you have one of those then you can just click sign in and it will optimize that acccount to the rewards and the points you earn. You just search and the points will automatically rack up.. There are some good deals on the Amazon Gift cards.

There is always a TOU(Terms Of Use) for these:
The Program collects information about your interaction with Bing including the number of web Searches you do each day; the types of Searches you complete, such as for news or images; and the number of search ads you click on. The Program collects your search default setting; whether your home page is set to www.bing.com; in error scenarios, the errors you have encountered; the version of and information about your browser, the version of the Rewards credit counter you are using, your IP address, as well as which search toolbars, if any, are installed on your computer. The Program also may collect information regarding the way you enter search queries for fraud detection purposes.

So it's not free to be exact. So in use of this service you are giving them the right to log your activity for business use. This is also common for when you sign up for a store card(e.g. Subway card) which saves you money on products for exchange on logging your activities.

I don't mean that you can't use a service like this but do please keep in mind of the small details. It's the reason why I avoid such deals that involve logging data.
