I got a black Ferrari F50 on my 50th Birthday earlier this month. Was very happy. On my other account received the 20m point Ford. Even happier!!!!

PSN does not show you Date of Birth after the account is setup because this is a recovery question for your account if you need to regain access i.e forgetting your password etc on PSN and there is no way to check this otherwise on Sony Network profile unless you have a Sony mobile phone.
As other's have said you just login on the birthday and the game will then play the Happy Birthday and reveal the gift car.

The absolute nerve of this game to give me this after I finished purchasing every single car in the game (including this one). The amount of time I spent buying all those 10mill+ unicorns, and the game decides to give this to me now.

It's my birthday tomorrow. I'll be very happy if I get this car.
