Black Hell: Nacht der Amerikanisch Donner, April 6th, 6:30pm

Two weeks of failure on my part. Sorry guys. I came across a car I had always wanted that was in immaculate condition. Unfortunately it was down in Portland. (Red 3 door SVT Focus with "Euro" interior, only 62 made with those specs.) I thought my fiance had retained a bit more info from our last lesson on how to drive a stick, but it took a few hours before I could get her on the highway.

Something like this probably won't happen. (I don't buy cars every weekend.) So as long as everyone is still game I'll still be doing these events. I get 3 strikes right? I only have 2 right now!

Due to underwhelming voting, all voters get their event!

Starting Saturday at 2pm - 6pm we will have two events and racing for all:

Race 1: 15 Laps of Deep Forest
Limits: 400hp, 1200kg, 500pp.
Cars: Open to all rear wheel drive.
Room opens at 2 for practice with qualifying starting at 2:30.
Race will begin at 3pm Pacific.

Race 2: 3 Laps of the Nordschleife
Limits: 300hp, 1200kg
Cars: Front engined, front wheel drive.
Practice will begin at 4 with qualifying at 4:30
Race will begin at 5pm Pacific.

Just to let everyone know:

I am NOT buying a car this weekend.

Also, I got a mic, so if it's a necessity to do a public room (due to lack of turnout) I can easily give the regs.

Event will be live in my lounge, later. I have a public room open now for anyone who wants to practice for a while beforehand: 1472 6399 8357 0919 6288

Awseome car Bones.....I would have taken the trip to. I've been out a few days to. Try to be off in time to follow you guys around for a while.

My internet just crapped out (typing this from my phone). I'll check again in the morning whether or not it works.

I would like to get involved in these events Bones. Add me please.
PSN:Leadpaint:)

Certainly.

Room is up right now in my lounge. I won't be home til about 1:30 (yes i absolutely will be back, just going out to grab a few things) but feel free to drop by and test your cars in free run. No restrictions right now, but remember the regs for each event.

Good game guys! Haha I was all over the damn place on Laguna. My ass was getting sore from sitting on my wooden seat throughout Nurb. Madmyk killed it on Laguna though. Sorry again for the bumps here and there.

Sorry for the poor driving everyone. First time with a wheel in a long time, and I was not used to the feedback. Had to relearn lines and it just did not go well. Voting is up for next week.

(please make it something easy for me! I don't have too much time to practice during the week. Also, I will try to make sure the mic is working better next time.)

I'm glad I was able to redeem myself at Laguna after my lawnmower excursions on the Ring. I'm really bad on that track. I grew up at Laguna Seca though, so even though I haven't officially driven it (unless you count a bicycle or a big wheel lap when I was a kid), I have spent a lot of time on it in the GT games.

-> Can I join in? I'm still at Lvl. 7-9:

-> I will use my PSN ID "GTP_VanishingBoy", just hit me up! :)

Event is a double dip again:

Japanese AWD All-Stars
GTR vs. Evo vs. STI
500pp w/sports soft tires
20 Laps of Tsukuba

World AWD Challenge
All AWD cars available
400hp, 1000kg
15 laps of Trial Mountain

I need to do an AM race if thats okay. I'd like to get this up and going by 10 am Pacific (GMT -8) on Saturday. Otherwise, I'll ask someone to take the reigns for a later event.

Fine by me, if not better :P being in GMT!

Looks like some good races, especially the first one, could be interesting. I'll be using my Subaru methinks :)

My biggest question is whether or not I should bother with the wheel again and flounder in the back.

Now that I have most of the kinks worked out, I'm going to start doing the points system, just for a little extra fun. It'll be something like:

Driver, Race Events Competed In, Total Points, Points Average

I think points will go down through 5 positions, since that seems to be the average turnout. 10, 7, 5, 2, 1.

I will probably not be able to make it this time. My wife has left me alone with the kids this weekend. I was looking forward to trying my 22B out online. Ah well, next time...
