Black Hell: Nacht der Amerikanisch Donner, April 6th, 6:30pm

When I do get a chance to get online this weekend, I will try to send out more PSN friend requests to the members here. I looking for some more lounge racing opportunities. I also try to do some remote races while at work so looking for more folks who share their Bobs. It would also be cool to loan and borrow cars sometime. Cheers.

I still haven't got round to checking out remote racing yet, no cars on share yet either, gonna have to sort that out sometime, if anyone would want to borrow my heavily dented/crashed cars LOL

Oops. Looks like I got the time zone conversion wrong. 8:00 GMT is 7:00 where I live (MST). That might be a little too early for me on Saturday morning...

no no. it's GMT -8. So GMT time, minus 8 hours. It's 10 AM Pacific. It should be 11am mountain time.

I haven't added the last few people yet. Sorry guys. I will send you an invite right away.

Nevermind, I miscalculated too. It'll be 3AM where I am (soon) and I'm going to sleep lol. Have a good race everyone.

rooms back up, sorry about that. I forgot that I sold the STI I had modded and that my Evo was a recent purchase and had nothing!

Dang! I read the original post completely wrong. I could have made that time. Hope I can be there next week.

I'd like to hop in on this if possible. If you're still doing them earlier Sunday I might be able to attend. I'm EST so that would be around noon or 1 for me. Any later than that and I might not be able to do to "official" league races. Are you still doing races on Thursdays? I'm usually wide open then.

Last few people have been invited to social group. PSN invites have been sent. I will ad you in a bit, stigshero, watching Whale Wars via netflix...

Voting is up.

New event is 500PP FR cars. (Sports Soft)
20 Laps of Grand Valley.
Pit stop will be mandatory.

Time is as of yet undecided.

Tonight I will be starting a room at 7pm Pacific. If there is not much response I will wait for a better time.

Can't make tonight, sorry! Would be able to do Friday or Saturday though, Tuesdays are good for me as well if you ever fancy holding a race then :)

Bones Brigade, please add me (snoopykuan). I have one race already tonight at 9 pm EST, and should be able to make it. Thanks.

-> I'll try to make it, just let me know the name of the room or message me on PSN. Many thanks! :)

I will not be able to race. However, the room is up in my room. As discovered last week, in private lobbies, anyone can start the race. I will be online, obviously, but not home. I ask all of you to join the room and test to your cars to your liking. When everyone is ready someone can start the race.

My only request to have someone right down the results and PM them to me. Thanks guys, wish I could make it.

Thanks to those who made it last week on short notice.

Voting is up for the next event.

Check the first post for updates.

New Event:

First event of the new format, open to all:

Chase the 380RS
Sunday, March 27th, 10am Pacific (That's 6pm GMT)
Tokyo Route 246
15 Laps

The Nissan Z Car has had a huge following for over 40 years. Countless tuners, enthusiasts and motor sports teams have put their own touch on the already potent car. The Amuse 380RS Superleggera takes theirs to the extreme. While the car is pretty far removed from its Z33 and VQ35 roots, it remains a street legal version of the iconic Z.

In GT5, many have found this car to be an out of the box monster with no tuning required. At 100,000 CR, it punches above it's weight and can compete with much more expensive racers and tuners. The question is, can you beat the 380RS? Can you do better than Powerhouse Amuse?

Using the premium Z-cars in the Nissan dealership, spend no more than 100,000 CR, including the price of the car, to build a worthy 380RS competitor. There are no tuning restrictions other than spend limit. Will you go for grip and spend most of the credits on tires and aero modifications? Will you go for all out power?

Think the RS can't be beat? PM me to be one of the 380RS drivers. Make sure you have what it takes.

Regulations

• 100,000CR limit
• No tire restrictions
. Tire purchase counted as part of CR limit.
• All Aids disabled except ABS and TCS.
• Tuning. If you can do it in the game, it's a go for the race.

Rules

• Respect. It's the only rule. We all know the GTP guidelines for clean racing. I expect they will be followed. No corner cutting, bumping, etc. Hopping the curbs is okay, afterall that's racing, but lets keep 4 wheels between the lines. Contact is inevitable, lets address these situations as they happen. I assume and expect there will be no punting.
• Trust. I believe we can all be held accountable for following credit limitations. I am not asking for a parts list. If anyone has suspicions about your car, I'll look into it.

This sounds like a great idea. Unfortunately that day/time does not work for me. I will catch you guys next time.

Just curious, who is going to drive the Super Leggera?

I could be the driver of the 380RS if you want, I just need to get used to the car before I race against you all.
