Blind man was 'dangerous driver'

I'd heard that he'd denied driving dangerously.

How would he know?
 
What are they going to do? Ban him from driving?

He should already have his license banished as he is blind (not his own fault of course).
 
He has no license already. In my jurisdiction dangerous driving isn't just a Highway Traffic Act infraction, but is a violation of the criminal code.

The passenger was quite responsible I thought. He wasn't sure whether he was over the drink-drive limit, so he got his friend to drive him instead. No problem!
