Sometimes when I'm racing I wish there was a Block choice because I just im and told Bob to Pace up when there a car behind him just about to pass him and I can't do anything and the car passes, while bobs over in this car just driving around like he's crusing. Don't you agree?

I get so angry watching B-spec because I'm watching the A.I. do everything opposite of what I would have done; and many unnecessary losses because of that. You'd be in 1st place in the 5th lap and then out of nowhere your guy is way in the back. Very unappealing game mode.

Completely disagree, "blocking" like that in racing is usually very against the rules. Taking a defensive line is about all you can do.
there [is] a car behind him just about to pass him and I can't do anything and the car passes
That is how racing works. If you're blocking/bumping/corner diving, you should be playing a game like Burnout.

"Taking a defensive line is about all you can do."

Thats what I ment not like hitting the car so it spins out but, the car behind you is getting ready to sling-shot pass you but you turn your car to were instead of it being behind, and to the left or right to their front bumper is behind your rear bumper.

There should be a 'Get Him' button for the Bob that rams your Bob sending him spinning off the track.

If you mean you want your driver to change lines so that they interfere with another drivers line (that is different than the one your driver is already taking) that is blocking.

A defensive line is one that makes passing more difficult in that the other drivers have to go further off a fast line in order to pass. A defensive line usually means slower lap times.

Each race organization has its own rules, but you can check out GTP's online racing rules for more info in this thread and scroll down to "08: Corner Rights:" for some good explanations.
