It is the timing that really is the issue here. Since the cut is for the UK only, and with FIFA 15 and other high end titles coming down the pipe, it is rather odd that they do this for this particular region at the end of TGS rather than doing this across the board.

Will it convince me to give up my PS4? No.

Very good news for me, I have been saving to get either a PS4 or an X1 since about February and I decided on a X1 fairly recently because of Forza Horizon 2, looking to get an X1 in the next few weeks 👍

Really, really tempted with an XBONE now, especially with Horizon 2 and next-gen GTA (a few months earlier than PC, and with more people to play with online). Maybe around Christmas time...

It was possible to buy with game and with the Kinect sensor for less than £329 many months ago. Now most places without Kinect sensor sell it with a game for about £329. The white Xbox One Sunset Overdrive bundle was being sold for less than £310 over 3 weeks ago.

You might be able to get the standard edition of Forza Horizon 2 and Xbox One for about £313 if 5% referral discount still works at Zavvi.
