Just saw your room at Monza when browsing on GT6 and am interested. I regestered but want to try out a few cars before deciding on one.

Which version of Monza?

Which version of Monza?

It'll be the 80's version. As the chicane was still a left turn back in the 90's. But great deal man! glad you're interested! Also, take your time with deciding, you have until next week lol

Also, it's 8:16 A.M. where you are, it'll be approx. 4 A.M. where you're at when we start racing. :scared:

Just to clear up some confusion. I did not have time to explain everything in the chat.

Qualifying: You are permitted to use ANY tire for qualifying. Beware though, as your qualifying tire counts as your first choice of race tire.

Tires: The "sets" of tires given renews EVERY RACE!

Pit Stops:
The Pit area opens AFTER 7 TOTAL minutes have passed in the race. When making your first pit stop, you must not refuel but only change tires. You are not required to pit in after 7 minutes, that is just when the pits open up.

BoP:
The BoP is prone to change every race for every track is different. If you're time does not match up with the test time that was driven, ask for the tune of the driver who posted said time.

Complaints:
If you have any complaints about ANYTHING, PLEASE let me know, I care about them, and want to make sure you are having fun in this series! So please, if you feel I am doing something wrong, have a complaint about someone driving dirty, or you feel the BoP is a little off, or any other thing, shoot me a PM or message me on PSN on my "BlackOut__Nasseh" account.

Testing: Testing sessions AGAIN, will be how we sort out the BoP every week. The more of you who come to these testing sessions, the more balanced we can get these cars.

Race Time: Due to the time it takes us to start a race, The room will open at 2:45 and we will start 3:00 P.M. EST SHARP! I have an alarm set for 2:35 every Friday to remind me. But everything will be more organized from here on out.

@lxmmy I apologize for the bad race experience man, I hope you don't get a bad impression from this as things usually run better and I drive way cleaner than that. To why y'all lapped me the first 2 laps, at the beginning of the race, my dad asked me to do him a favor which cost me 2 laps, which is why every one of y'all lapped me at the beginning. That is my explanation on why I was so aggressive today. I wanted to get those 2 laps back. Again, I do apologize for ruining your race. I do hope you reconsider joining full time as we enjoy your race presence.

To everybody else, I apologize for the way things were ran today. Things are going to run MUCH smoother from here on out.

That's alright Manasseh, personal tasks always come first. 👍

But if you have another task, please let us know before the race. 👍

What I also would write in the thread, and I don't mean anything bad with it, is to say that there's a pace lap first before the race actually starts and where we can go because I literally took off without knowing there would be a pace lap until you said so and also mention that texting isn't allowed during races. Just to give you an advice though.

EDIT: Apologies, just saw on the first page that there was a pace lap, so my bad for this.

BPR GLOBAL GT SERIES ROUND 3

BPR Round 3 Cover 2.jpg

Start Time: 3:00 P.M.
Date: October 2nd
Testing Session: September 27th
Qualifying Sessions: September 28th & 29th

Qualifying sessions Change: Alright guys, I'm really sorry to keep changing stuff and suggesting new things but I was watching 1996 Le Mans highlights this morning and I've been thinking about a way to make the qualifying more realistic. Instead of doing 5-8 minute qualifiers before every race, I was thinking we could maybe do 15-20 minute qualifiers on different days. That way we can just start the race come race day. The qualifiers aren't mandatory to come to but highly recommended as you will start in the back if you do not qualify and post a time, also it reserves your spot for the next race. Let's try it a few races and see how it works, if it doesn't work out good, we'll revert back to the original format. But I have a feeling that this is a better way of doing it and plus, you get TWO chances to grab pole position!

****. I saw 3:00 PM EST in the OP and thought Eastern Standard Time in the USA. My bad.

Cars are fun. Maybe I'll develop insomnia.

If somebody can, can y'all do a little testing for me today? preferably the Lister Storm, and the Viper?
We will have our first qualifying session tomorrow @ 3:00 P.M. EST. Any tire compound is allowed for qualifying sessions. RH, RM, RS doesn't matter.

but I will need somebody to do some testing today for some of the cars and let me know what suggestions you come up with. If not, I'll just do some testing tomorrow at 12:00 P.M. EST or before the qualifying session.

Also, Coming the next season, are 3 replacement GT2 Cars

Chrysler Viper GTS-R USA.jpg
Chrysler Viper GTS-R

Corvette C4 GT2.jpg
Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1 GT2

SARD MR2 GT2.jpg
Sard MC8-R

Coming to you in the next series.

Really sorry @Manasseh257NSX but i have to stop participating, this needs just more organising before the season starts

Sorry TNR. It seemed like the way I had the series set up initially wasn't working so I wanted to change a couple of things, plus, a lot of people not communicating and participating is killing me so I don't really know what's working and what's not working.

Why don't you use just the real racing cars which are on the game or then delete the GT2 class completely?

Harsk, you literally suggested to use more street cars for the GT2 class, (Which I plan on doing next season) now you're suggesting to delete the entire class altogether? I can't do that man. There's enough changes as it is. Taking the GT2 class away would just add on and cause more controversy.

I didn't mean exactly deleting the GT2 class altogether, Manasseh. What I meant is to keep it simple.

What do you mean "this needs just more organising before the season starts"?

Probably doesn't like all the changes going on with the qualifying and sanctioning. Which is understandable. Sucks to lose a great driver, but I can't stop the series. Hopefully he'll join the next season when everything is more to the point and organized. Right now I'm trying to figure out what works and what doesn't. I guess you can say it's a Trial & Error series. I'm not as organized as GTP or CORE since they have about 4-5 people sanctioning and helping. I'm doing all of this with no help whatsoever, and I hate it, but just bear with me. It'll get more organized as time goes on. I promise this.

You are not the only one who has gone through with this. My rally championship which I have organized back in April 2014 ended on disater because it wasn't organized and in the next year of 2016, I will have it more organized. I'm testing all the cars already since August, so, everything should be ready by mid-November or early December. (Sorry for off-topic)

Well, I think that you should have set the championship already in stone before you had created an thread for it. It's my opinion.

I did have it set in stone, but then people started complaining and questioning how things are ran. Regardless, There will be no more changes for the rest of the series. The qualifying session change is the LAST change I will make for the rest of this series.

Hmm.... I see. I'm online, so, I'm coming to the Qualifying session right now. 👍

I'll join you guys tomorow, got a headache so I got to rest, also very sad to hear that one of the TNR members is leaving because of the current situation, but I can understand him.

Every driver will be given
2 sets of RH tires
1 set of RM tires
1 set of RS tires
3 sets of IM tires
3 sets of W tires

So basically you get to choose, but say if you qualified with softs, then those tires will count and you are not allowed to change to softs afterwards. Mostly it are Hards we are running for qualy and race.

Alright. That's fine. I'll be opening the room at 3:00 P.M. EST tomorrow. And yeah I understand too. Just bear with me on this. It's going to work out for the better.

Just registered for the series. This will be fun...

What tire wear will we be running for the race?

Glad to have you aboard. and fast tire wear with heavy damage.

Nah you'll have a new set by the next race. Is it different in real life? I don't know how tire changes go per say IRL racing. Now that I see it, it isn't so much of disorganization that's causing issues, it's a lot of possible problems and conflicts are not addressed. I guess I kept it too generic and broad.
