The old trailer bit was just... mean.

This... back before they said GT6 someone posted "New trailer for GT6 at the end of the show" then they mentioned GT6 was up next then a trailer started was like :D :D :D then it was like :( :( :(

Honestly, Ayrton Senna concluded in GT6 that's big news honestly...

But they didnt give any details. :|

The greatest news is that these guys will get a share of the profit from GT6:

About the Ayrton Senna Institute
The Ayrton Senna Institute is a non-profit organisation established in 1994 by Ayrton Senna's sister Viviane, who carried on the hopes and dreams envisioned by Ayrton Senna before he passed away. The programs of the Senna Institute aim to have as many children as possible learn skills required for living successfully in today's society. And at the centre of that education is the effort to raise the literacy level of the children. Since its establishment, schools supported by the Institute has spread to approximately 25% of the cities in all of Brazil, giving over 17 million children an opportunity to receive education directly, and the Institute has trained over 750,000 teachers with their educational programs. In schools supported by the Senna Institute, education is performed using curriculum and textbooks prepared by the Institute.

Seriously, that is awesome 👍

Looks like BGS is gonna have more than one day.
Is there any chance of PD speak or show something on the nexts days?
Or thats it and the only news is "We are going to do something with Senna"??

Trust me, there'll be lots of interviews on the following days.

You have reason, thats cool and good. Its not just about "profit".
Not just on racing, but Ayrton leave another respectable legacy that it is still alive: His institute. And that legacy is above any profit.

Looking forward to the Senna content in GT6 and it's awesome that a share of the profits are going towards the Ayrton Senna Institute.

Would have been the icing on the cake if a trailer showing the content was released by PD but I'm happy nonetheless with the news :D

Senna "DLC" woopdeedoo basil! Im a Senna fan but i see nothing to be excited about when there isnt any solid details and its pd in question, I had to laugh when i read DLC after Senna, The game still isnt being sold on single player mode with only 5-6 weeks to release, These guys are just gonna be laughing on the way to the bank.

Well guess what, there are at least more days to gain more details in interviews from Kaz too you know.... So no need to go "all" negative just yet..

Just don't have your hopes up (which I assume you won't anyways).

Senna inclusion is a big deal for Kaz.
While on stage tonight in Brazil he stated in Japanese that Gran Turismo probably would not have been created if it weren't for him being inspired by Senna.

Good news that Senna will be in GT6, but in typical PD fashion, we have no idea in what way. After all Jeff Gordon and SebVet were in GT5 and that was a big yawn. Depending on how they work Senna in it could be epic or a grossly wasted opportunity. December 6 will tell.

Well, if some of his cars are there, it'll be enough for me.

I still find it amazing that they dont consider it important to give us the hard sell on the game structure, Which to me is a sign that they dont consider career mode important, As gt5 demonstrated

Of course it is, but a more in depth description would have made it great news.Hopefully in the coming interviews. As for the people wanting another trailer give it a rest, we just got a new trailer 3 weeks ago lol.

Hmm. Than again. From a interview with Jordan and Kaz, Jordan asked him about it. But Kaz said this.

“No, I still can’t say! Compared to GT5, though, I think the tempo and flow of the game will be a lot quicker and easier, and there’s no more experience points.”

Though lets leave this for another thread. :P

I think the problem with GT5's use for those drivers and licenses was that there was too much going on at once and it was just thrown together all at once with not a lot of time put into. With all this Senna content as DLC, they could utilize more time to better use of it instead of trying to cram it in.

So now I am wondering if the Brazil-purchased Senna special edition's DLC code will work in NA region.

LOL, I usually send sim stuff to friends down in Brazil, maybe this time it will be reversed.

All the brazilian content via DLC works (redeemable) on my main account, an american one, so you should be ok.

True, which is why I said it could be epic. I want it to be epic. Imagine recreating Senna's career with full seasons in Karting with a couple of new Kart tracks including Interlagos and proper bump start, direct drive karts, then on to Formula Ford, F3 and F1. Properly done it would be a crazy, monster addition to GT6, especially for the millions that play and prefer offline.

As I said though, we have to wait and see what it actually is...

Time is winding down, but there is still over 40 days left before release. Theres also SEMA coming up which GT is a big part of. Still opportunities to show more of the game before its d-day.

Amazing that some how GT got Senna when CM has yet to do so. I guess we should have guessed the most outrageous thing we'd expect come this game show that was related to Brazil.

Remember those comments made a couple of weeks ago about the Brazil Game Show being "nothing" compared to the likes of TGS or Gamescom?

tehe

Oh yeah, not to mention that it happened again only 10 minutes into BGS. This place is amazing.

^I'm with this guy. Also JohnnyPens-holio is making some excellent points. Nothing to say about the core of the game, Kazunori?

Is "Senna" going to be a level of A.I. skill? What in Racing's name is going on here?

I hope the Senna player mode isn't going to be lame. In order to play "trace roots" as Senna, all of the racing cars/karts he used have to be in the game. Old-school racing cars should be fun.:)

Someone mentioned racing suit DLC. maybe this is a sign with actual racers helmets and period designs.
