I am lapping at 1:55/56 now.
I got to say thank you El Beardo, for forcing me to drive MR cars.
Before Monza I hated them, they where twitching and unpredictable.
Now I set a faster qualify time in race B in the SV 650 than in any FR car,even faster than I do in the Porsche I signed up for in Manu.
I owe it all to you!

I dipped into 51s at the weekend on a solo run. Spent a lot of time testing BB settings. Still not sure what I prefer.

I like the first sector. Chicane is a pain tho.

I'm liking the combo this week, and being able to touch the curbs without immediately spinning is a nice change from the lambo. Best I've got so far has been a 1:50.9 at half fuel with fresh tires.

Great time mate!!

Hit a 1:51.3, on highish fuel, and 8 lap old tyres.... But lack of consistency still, more practice needed for me, see you all on Thursday for that!

Edit: Big last minute news.......HammyMansell and "Hamster Racing" have signed a multi race deal with electronics giant Sony, to promote their brand, and products, starting at this week's Barcelona race........

Let's see if it brings an upturn in results for the Hamster!

Last section of my SIA course has been cancelled due to Covid-19 fears (physical intervention stuff, close contact, grappling, etc.)

So, I'll have a practice lobby open in the early evening tomorrow. I'll also have a practice lobby open mid afternoon UK time on Friday.

I got a kid, 11 and autistic with ADHD and a mental retardation who loves Gran Turismo Sport ( maybe because I do) and when I got home today he called me to the TV to show me a video of a " guy who paints really nice cars".
And then he shows me this:
