It's mad isn't it?

Russia says it will mobilise all able-bodied males and bans travel out of the country, and the streets are full that evening despite a fascist regime that kills dissenters. Iranian "secret" police kill a girl over an "improper" hijab, and the streets are full that evening despite a fascist regime that kills dissenters.

The relatively free UK is apparently trying to starve, freeze, and poverty everyone to death and we'll maybe be doing some finger-wagging in the park next Saturday.

I'm predicting a little more than that, but maybe that's just hope. I'll probably accidentally leave my phone at home anyway...
TBH Truss needs a dose of the truth from protests like this, however I fear she’ll lap it up as it’s what men and women did when Thatcher was in power and we all know she loves to channel her inner Thatcher.

Also I fear Priti Patel will use any signs of disruption and violence etc as her way of pushing through her Orwellian views.

I'd love to say I can't believe that there has been complete radio silence in the mainstream media regarding this, but really I am not surprised in the least. A truly insane watch, and I had no idea that it all stemmed from a meeting in the room where I used to do karate and campaign the council to have a skatepark built in my little seaside town. It confirms everything I suspected about the takedown of Corbyn, and then some, but I take zero pleasure in this.

The Labour Conference is using my work carpark at the moment, and apparently it's being ignored there too. I plan on asking people about this report on my way back to the car later.
