You should of carried on mate I got wiped out as well, I got a clear run after and managed to catch pack up again as they were all battling with each other!

1st half of 2nd race was so close just gutted I got dc on last lap when I was in a comfortable 2nd!

Nothing, cause what I remember was you having trouble connecting, and Bashman giving out quite a lot.
 
Come on guys, let's take it cool now, you're not going to turn this thread to an argument about Season 1 stuff, do you? :)

Hopefully, but I don't know as it really depends on the workload. It's the one series i'm actually bothered about taking part in anymore so hopefully with better time management i'll be back. My interest in PS3 has wained slightly too over the past few months. After playing it a lot this last year i've become a bit bored and have since become interested in other things, don't get me wrong I still enjoy just not as much as before, but i'll be back though...
 
As I remember it, PD stopped us after all the complaints that TScuba was boring. Then Bashman climbed a light tower and Jack was seen behind a grandstand with a suspicious looking cigarette.

Did a good job, although I had a bit of Headache during the last 5-6 laps of the long Race => I did an extra pitstop (to relax a few seconds).

Apart from that I almost screwed my feature race after that second stop (I spun 2 times -_-).
RP almost got me but he made a mistake himself (or 2 ??).
I was almost in the draft of R35 as hanc and him DC´d => giving me the lucky 4th.
I could have gotten R35 on Track, I think his Tires where totally down, but this is just an assumption.
The first 11 Laps should be saved and uploaded to Youtube, that was sooooo epic.
Espacially R35 aka the moving Brick :D
He was so hard to overtake although he didn´t have the pace. It was so much fun.

The Stewarding will be easy, because me think there was almost no issue.
(I forgot to save R1 sorry).

Maybe for occasional races. I want to get back to just racing for the sake of racing though as I haven't raced you or anyone else in ages. Fifa or something like that at the weekend?
 
After the disappointing Monza round, I had won the sprint race by leading the entire distance, but knew immediately that I would be in bigger trouble by starting dead last, with lots of competitive drivers in front.

Somehow I was up at 5th by the first lap, just managed to avoid JB's spin which came as a total surprise. I went with a generally low pace, not attempting silly overtakes as I knew the tires needed easy driving. So there we were with R35 leading, and RP, Sakery, neljack and me behind. Then came RP's error, and cunny and Hancock got near. I spent some time ahead of neljack before some bad moves which put me down to 5th behind him and Hancock. I got to 3rd after Sakery pitted and R35 went off the track. I pitted behind the orange Ford on lap 12 and emerged just ahead of RP, but lost the position when I spun with the cold tires. However, I re-took my position in the first hairpin and also got by neljack, who pitted.

After cunny also did his stop, it was Sakery and Hancock in front of me. I managed to get back to Hancock's draft after that spin, not really caring about tire grip, but only focusing on gaining track ground to avoid dropping far behind by the end. I got past Hancock when he went on the grass in turn 4 (which I understand - that's a horrible place!) and then importantly past Sakery in the braking for the first hairpin. I opened up a gap and then half-cruised the rest of the distance to keep my tires alive. Another win to my book, after a really hectic first half :)

I totally understand and don't expect any points, the problem is the dc issues happen every week and it's ruining what I think is a good series! I hate to say this but if it happens again I don't think I will continue as its just too frustrating I had same issues last season too!

I can understand that Hanc it sucks, we tried Gedi's lounge tonight hoping for better connection issues didnt work out sorry for that.:ill:

Weren't we disconnecting in Gedi's lounge last season? Maybe we should try someone else's lounge? Who turns up on time?
 
Think all the dc's are more down to the game not anyone's connections. Flicking through other race series threads it seems to be a common problem. Think the TVR RM series even tried a public lobby but still had dc's.
