La Sarthe would be the only day/night one and there's 3 tracks with weather on them. Of course, the new patch could add weather or night but it sounds unlikely.

I would be like a race with rain but not to fussed about a night race. Are there any tracks that give the sunrise effect apart from the ring.

Not keen on qualifying or starting in the rain and I really dislike night racing

Please no night racing I cant stand it, the headlights don't make a blind bit of difference!! The rain race at sarthe may give us a chance against esprit though! Another vote?

Liking the increased amount of laps for 2nd race, should make it quite interesting.

Ah well, I kinda wanted night race but whatever, this is a screenshot from the new patch, which is coming on Tuesday. Should be a variety of different ways for weather to take place.

Ok, I've got a way to run public lobbies but it will completely change the way the evenings are run. It would be centered just around one race with a rolling start and a qualifying race of 3 or so laps with 5 or so points for winning the qualifying race and getting pole position. We would then form up in our race finishing positions and do a formation lap and pole sitter can start on the start-finish straight or coming out of the turn, and everyone else follows.

Advantages

• Allows us to run public lobbies
• Reduces turn 1 collisions
• Allows a fair way of qualifying instead of randomised grids
• Evens the launch of the grid for a car which is bad at the launch, and stops the 4WD getting a massive advantage, although some may say this is the fun part of 4WD
• Feature race can be longer, since there would be no sprint.

Disadvantages

• May take a while to do a formation lap
• No Sprint Race
• Needs co-operation from everyone, tough most series get full co-operation for this anyways.

Oh, and the main point of the rolling start was for organising the grid, so the formation lap would still be necessary.
