Myself and Gedi are looking at changes to the series as we speak we need the fun factor from season 1 back!!:indiff:
 
Well me think it´s fun like in S1 :D
Not only for my Victory but the Races are fine. Maybe DRC is THE Ford GT Track.
=> I have some Tracks where I´m not so good with my Car choice.

We are considering strongly implementing some race setup changes will not suit everyone but this is how the V8's will possibly be from here on in.

Seems theres been some rule breaking.
 
Just to let you all know myself and Gedi have decided to trial weak pens for Monza, despite countless warnings drivers are still bombarding us with rule break messages during races and its all one big distraction. Understand it will take away the "realism" for some of you maybe the V8's isnt for you hope not ofcourse:nervous: We have decided to stop trying to compete with the super strict series outthere its just not us we pride ourselves on being a fun evening its what S1 was all about:) We will have bounderies which must not be crossed they are clear in the rules anything else we hope the pen system will correct as best it can. We will just trial it for now and see how we get on:tup: Apologies to those that dont agree lets just see how it pans out.

It's a shame because series 1 our drivers were clean and we didn't need penaltys set.

Jb I don't think penaltys work in qualy but I may be wrong.

Think your right unfortunately maybe the 3 points for pole wasnt a great idea:grumpy: Look at ditching it for S3 if we make it.:ouch:
 
Penalties don't work in the race either, I've seen people cut corners at Monza at their own leisure without getting a penalty for that.

We will still be watching as we are now we just hope pens can help us out a bit.
 
Well I watched the whole Race 1 at Daytona for everybody.
And PM did 1 cut
Nel 2
Me 1
Gray 0
Furi 0
Tom 1
Cunny 0 (he waited while Gedi crashed into him)
And all others had 0 and 1 cut
=> there aren´t any Illegal Drivers (at least in Race1 Race 2 will be watched today from my side)

If Penalties are set to weak I won´t race, because the system is totally flawed.
If someone cuts to much he gets a DQ and everything is ok => just don´t cut !!!
 
Well done mr king keeping team gulf at top! I should be back for rest of season now, looks like I've got a lot of catching up to do if I want to challenge for title!

With regards to corner cutting I think we are all guilty of doing it occasionally, what needs to be looked at is whether people are doing it lap after lap and gaining a big enough advantage which may help them gain places! Not he's cut a corner now give him a penalty! That's my opinion anyway.. Overall the 2races I've done everyone's been racing fair and clean

If those findings are correct then thats a pleasent suprise, although im confused to the amount of psn/pm messages that are coming our way yet "there aren't any illegal drivers":confused: Will go back and chat with the Gedi.:ouch:
 
or like in WSGTC and other series ive raced its a 5-10sec penalty depending on the severity of the cutting... (these are long races though, over an hour)

Maybe we are over analysing things Paul we are simply acting on the views coming through.:guilty: Kings findings are very helpful as we have a common sense cut allowance which we are trying to implement for each track. Kings stats are well within those boundaries which is positive news.👍

So if everything is hunky dory why the hell has Cobrius just pm'd me to say hes leaving as things are to aggressive??? Every race this guy has had poor treatment can hardly blame him for leaving yet we are told everything in general is ok im lost.:guilty:

Im watching some of the complaints that were pointed out to me last night some of you guys are still not waiting when taking another driver out????👎
 
I have to say I think its showing too little faith in drivers if you have to mandate automatic penalties. Maybe I need to wheel out my guidelines from TOCA Season 1....
