First practice session with Stiggy and got a 1:43,992.
If I would have a setup for this track I could maybe do even better.. :)
I managed a 1:43.3 but I'm not sure if that was with a bit of draft... The ole jag isn't too bad but I fear it's too heavy for this track

There are only 2 parts where it can make up on the lack of straight line speed, turn 2 and 5&6, it will struggle to keep up elsewhere and during the race where slipstream plays a big part, corner 5&6 won't be in it's favor either :nervous:

I suggest & request weight reduction for the jag, but if the people/rolo who have tested the car on red bull ring and approve that its fine how it is atm, then 1,500kg alright with me 👍

Looking forward to seeing the all time statistics , you should be pretty high up on the lists now mate
But not as high as you. ;) You're still number 1.

I've just realised something; Rolo hasn't done the mid-season drop score this time.

He is indeed ;)

You know what? I tested it and went fast at current spec, but I'm still convinced it needs some help. Executive, non-championship-affecting decision - Jaguar down to 1480kg. It's late enough in the season to experiment sensibly.

I do the first drop score after the penultimate round 👍

8. Silverstone International - 21/08/14 (possibly 28/08)

I know I can't race the 21st on a late shift, 28th is a maybe.
Just me and the wife off work, so she may want to go see some family.

I think packing the wheel and ps3 in the car, could lead to me getting a slap round the head.

 Women. :banghead:

I'm lucky, my girlfriend is a pain too, but she does let me do my racing each week. Although I have noticed that she's cheering on everyone except me. :odd:

Luckily, my wife isn't allowed in the room when I'm racing - and maybe if your girlfriend is supporting everyone but you - I might make a return. I need a little bit of... Support from the crowd :P

Now you've got me all excited. :) I'm guessing that you update the all-time stats each week then? Can't wait until the season ends now.

Agree with this oe Rolo. I tried the Jag and I can't get on with it. Although RBR isn't a Jag track at all, it does seem slow.

Doh! I really should know these things by now.

@rolo912011 - The Pug is capable of a low 1:42 around RBR.

She's all yours, I'll drop her off later tonight. 👍

sure, I'll make a early return if there is room, would help me prepare for the next season, I'll stick to my jag :sly:
It's good to have you back Stig. 👍

Great! that should help the Jag a little bit because it really does lose out massively at RBR, possibly slowest car on the grid there, so i think a 20kg drop could really help for those corners that Jag lacks on

Thank her for the support!

I do, except for the points which would just get messy.

Oh really? I need to put in more laps then... or bother to do a setup..
