IMPORTANT MESSAGE:

After the race tonight, the stewards have called for a debate about turbos for Season 2. The stewards have recieved reports of high-level-turbos achieving much better lap times than low-level turbos at same HP. So please, if You want to make your stamp on the rules for season 2, please spend 5 to 10 minutes of your time, giving and proving your opinion

I'd say a bit better not much others may disagree just my opinion (check torque band). Opening turbo choice up makes life so much easier nobody will be wondering whos possibly running what, and its one less thing for you stewards to check on. Would also be nice to know how the 490pp and weight checks are to be carried out as its not possible at the sametime.:grumpy:

The PP thing will be point 2. It's impossible to check both hp, weight and pp. And pp is too vague to tell anything really. You can add 200kg ballast to get more hp.

When I open the room, these will be ser in the event regulations.

We will allow 1400kg cars in first and then 1300kg etc etc

Which was why it was confusing that pp was in the op rules i guess its only the Focus that creeps over.:odd:

And ask us not to return to the lobby during qualifying this will cause chaos otherwise.:nervous:

With the S2 rules (1200kg/305bhp), the Focus comes to 495PP so I've got to reduce power/reduce downforce/add weight

Is was thinking lose downforce,

I thought the game would
Check Power
Check Weight
And Check PP

I am happy to lose the PP it was an idea people kinda liked (ish)

No reason to ditch it Geeky as long as the Focus guys are straight which they are t'is your call matey.

And no you can check weight and bhp or PP but not at the same time unfortunately.

This will only work if there are no late comers. Eg if someone driving an 4WD car turns up slightly late, they'll have the option to reduce their weight to 1200kg....

Correct the only way round it is to finish Q note the order down return to lobby re set track, re enter pits in weight order for checks then line up on track in quali order dont move and start the race. Its the system we use in the V8's and its 100% fail proof no random grid order ever occurs.đź’ˇ

You then repeat the process for the reverse grid race without the need for the lining up in order bit.

That will be tested in a test race đź‘Ť
