nice finds on this "Black Mask-ed Corvette C7" and the "Striped Aventador". Wonder if there are more "Easter Eggs" that PD has already given to us through the updates. I think this is PD's way of making it up to the fans because of the lack of non-Japanese cars in the game, or something. LOL

yeah playground or some studio made it i just don't like it. Perfer sim racing and yes its kinda weird these two series got these cars. Its good marketing to sell them cars I love it.

I'll tell you one thing, Chevrolet and PD have a nice relationship together (ZL1 soon, maybe?). Ever since GT1, Chevrolet has had many of their best models in GT games.

I do hope that the Mustang fans get their hopes answered. After Shelby's death, I expect a GT500 to be in the next game. Or at least some other current generation Mustang. If not, that's a damn shame.

I guess until we can get a masked C7 into our hands or they unveil actual pictures, this is our best insight on what the C7 will look like.

I wonder if it would show up as an AI car in any A-spec events? It's counting in the dealership,so it in there somewhere..

Prolly not in any a spec events, the car lists as far as i know are static as they haven't added any of the new content before. If we want to find it in Arcade... Probably possible, but we'd have to guess the PP and whether its in the normal car list or it sits with Delorean and other tuner cars.

PD haven't implemented any of the other DLC cars into the game (except the Spec II NASCAR ones), so I don't think they'd start doing it now.

I don't want to stray too far off topic, but yea, I've seen that video. It's not the GT500 I refer to (talking about the 2013 model). And that's still a last gen model Mustang.

I do hope a ZL1 appears soon, too. Chevrolet has always benefited from GT games.

Since I am a relatively new GT fan, I don't know the history of PD all that well. Are they synonymous for teasing things like this in the past?

I mean you can say it's never too late to start doing something, in this case teasing us.

The evidence we have is actually not too bad and seems pretty legit.

I have a good feeling it will be a gift car for the 15th anniversary of GT.

It would be a fitting gift since Chevrolet/Corvette are one of the few manufacturers/models that have been with the GT series since its inception in 1998.

Seriously though, I am loving this little surprise. Though I prefer European cars over Americans (well, except the Viper) the game is lacking in this departament. I think this car was going to be a surprise christmas present but someone forgot to hide it properly inside the wardrobe...
I have saw some renderings of the car and I have to say I think Chevrolet have dropped the ball on this one.

I was very surprised to see this on the news page. It's definitely a cool find. I loved the whole black mask, GT-R under the sheet bit Polyphony did with Prologue, even though I didn't get to experience it first hand. Hopefully they work out something fun this go around. If nothing else, I can say I'm much more excited about the new Vette now.

So maybe we will be getting a DLC in January 2013 being the last DLC for GT5 and next GT6 being revealed for PS4 in E3?

About the Aventador with Stripes maybe is a TC version or next update could have some kind of livery editor beta for GT6? but well that's so much speculation for now
