Can I get GTA Cars twice?

Damn, I just recived 370Z gift, clicked on it, got the ticket, but then, I started to search for Chaparal 2J with my 23 Tickets. I turned off the PS, and loaded older save game, and there´s no more 370Z.
Any chance to get him back?

Yep Race tuned stats road car

This time it is with the 370z but the Leaf and GT-R black, Are FREE versions of Cars other users have paid for...
The GT-R race tuned will hopefully be a new road car. With track day mods for racing altering the default stats and handling...
Lose that car due to save errors and its a major downer...

Yes, and therefore there's only one way you could get them twice. When doing the borrow glitch with a friend who sets the car online, that takes a lot of time and effort though, I doubt you'd want to do that just to get a stickered version of a car you could buy for some credits at the new car dealership without the decals anyway.
