Can we import other's tracks?

For those who don't want to buy a tablet, can we find out if people with tablets can make tracks and then post them on GTPlanet or someplace else and we can import them to our PS3/

You need to add whoever made the track as a friend on PSN and go to community above Open Lobby and visit your timeline and their track should be there and save it. so u can make online lobby's with that track
