Frustrating night for me again, not much practice and a couple of incidents. I was going very well looking at 2nd when I came upon the unovertakeable man......PAWEL!! They seek him here they seek him there, his car was 🤬 everywhere!!!
After losing a good chunk of time I went for the pass and was so nervous I tapped Koveleinen going into the corner and got a drive through Then I spun out through my own fault, I think 2nd or third may have been on the cards if I had a clean race. Not complaining though, you just got to crack on. Thanks for racing guys, results up tomorrow and no AI for the next race just for an experiment.

PAWEL was running normally with a tiny bit of lag but with Mike, Tyrell, and wordup I was seeing lag as they were jumping all over the place.

OVERALL: I'm proud of my result, 2nd place with a 10 spot penalty, front wing damage from the spinouts of Ronin and Spurgey( I couldn't dodge them cause I was boxed) for about 5 laps (manage to get to top 5) and a spinout from Falcon (but the cluster was the main reason) 👍 I think if all bad luck aside I would've gave Artmann a challenge or excitement

That was my one concern coming into this race, i was hoping it wouldn't be that bad.
I only encountered lag with the AI.

I guess i'll leave you guys alone then. I don't want to cause any more frustration for anyone.

Well I was looking forward to this one, Mike had helped me out with an awesome setup, its just a shame neither of us could use it to it's full potential

I qualified really well, with a personal best. And I was praying for a clean race.......I might start praying for a dirty in future because it seems to do sod all.
Brett got me at the start, and I got round half the lap before a human took me out just before the long straight, I went from 4th to 15th
I got going and caught up another human, who pushed me wide as I tried overtaking in the first corner. I caught back up to him again, passed him and then he spun me out. Meaning Spurgy had overtaken me.
I caught back up to spurgy but clipped the back end of his car under braking and I spun.
Came into the pits the same lap as spurgy, came back out and tried catching back up but a few laps later a human came out the pits right infront of me, though it wasnt his fault. I had to go wide to avoid him, went on the grass and spun.
I rejoined and caught up to spurgy again, and wordup as well.
I overtook one of them and they then span me out.
I got going again and caught spurgy and actually passed him the time as I was on a mission, setting fastest lap on the way.
I pulled away from him and tried catching sandman on the last lap but he was just too far away.
6th isnt bad considering I was very much in the wars.....again. Spun out 4 times, and pushed wide twice, and spun 1 due to my own error. But at least this time it wasnt AI taking me out, they were actually well behaved

I never understood the fascination with foolsball but each to their own I suppose. Basketball is cancelled so Ill do a few laps in a bit I suppose, soo tired ill be straight off after the race

Took pole for the 3rd successive time, this time by 0.680.

Start wasn't great but held on to 2nd for the first 2 laps, overtook Artmann but felt it was aggressive so did not defend going into the DRS zone to let him back through, then left the door open for berty, tried to retake him the following lap but was too hard with the move so didn't carry on with it. Decided to do 1 more lap but spun off towards the end of the lap. This dropped me down to about 5th.

Lap 12 I was seeing berty and Indy going for 2nd and I tried to take advantage but Glock just turned up at of nowhere and I had to take avoiding action, unintentionally going into to Indy and the loss of control sent me and him off with me receiving a drive through. **** the AI!!!!

This rather ruined my race as it dropped me to 9th and I felt pretty cheesed off with Glock and felt sorry for Indy for ruining what would of been a 3 way scrap for the lead between me, Artmann and Indy. Still recovered to 3rd by gambling on Options on the final stint which only just came off as my tyres hit the cliff on the final lap. Not too unhappy with 3rd but I should of won today.

To Istanbul next week, where hopefully I can win for once.

Poor Pawell, he has been banned from EVERY league we've been both in. I had no problems with him, i could see him, he was going slightly slower but not all over the trqck, he kept to himself and i managed to lap him twice with no contact. I respect all AI, including my main man Khatikayen so i dont get tangled, they are normallt defensive when they have their own lil scrap so i overtake them off the line and its all good. I lapped someone under yellows and didnt get a drive through, do they not count for lapped cars?? IRL it dosent matter, yellows mean no overtaking no matter what. I slowed down towards the end as i didnt want to get taken out or get a drive through and also save tyres in case safety car came out thats why u caught up Indy also went options, prime, prime. I thought no point in fastest lap as there no points for it and Martin woulda been on my case had i put it in the wall or spun.

Race recap:
lap 1, had a fat grin as 2nd was perfect line for turn 1 and used 50% kers into it. Had a scrap with falcon on lap 3 (you weren't too aggressive m8, the inside is always best line, unless if its covered before the turn) when in front, i moved towards the outside as i thought you would try there and when you came inside me i thought well, i've already made my one move so i cant then move again. Then the rest of the race was pretty much about tyre n fuel management. Next up, Turkey, i like that track. I dunno how i managed a 1:29 in qually, was a full second off on my 2nd go.

Yeah it's bad, it's only insurance group 6 as well, I really wanted the type R but it would have been double
I can't wait till i'm older, then I can get some pretty sweet cars (like yours) and insure them for peanuts!

Pagey- Well, frustratingly I havent been able to push it yet. The fool I bought it off had two different size tyres on the rear axle and no key for the locking wheel nuts. I took it to my mates garage and he couldnt get them off due to a seized caliper on the back heating then cooling the wheel nuts. It is now in another garage and they have removed the nuts, just waiting for the new caliper. I am hoping to have it back tomorrow so I can take it for a blast (it is going to be good though I can tell ). I got it cheap so expected a few things to have to be done but on the plus side its got a 350w amp and a built in sub woofer that I didnt know about
When your 25 your insurance will drop dramatically so only 6 years to go

Artmann- I shouldnt have to having not slept in 2 days but ill give it a shot!

Hello cool cats, Proudwolf here to give you the late night race report from Shanghai, China:

Qualifications went decent even though I was awarded with 10 place grid penalty for overshooting the pit entry and a technical issue from my end on the TV lol but qualied in 5th but with penalties 15th just in front of the pack of wild dogs we call the AI.

The Race:
Got a rocket start at the beginning my ancestors were warning me bad things will happen in the 1st set of turns and well what do you know, a cluster of racers and a pile-up worse than a rush hour in Washington, D.C. caused me to get boxed with no way out and to ghost through Ronin who spunned out but couldn't ghost through Spurgey causing completely damage to my front wing, *sigh* Danny Phantom had to leave I guess as Spidey says "Everybody gets one" which was through Ronin but anyway I continue the race slowly clawing my way to the top and ignoring the crews message of pitting to replace front wing but I knew if I did that that would add more time and besides my pace was overall faster than most people so I kept going eventually getting my way to 4th on lap 6 and also dodging lag from the Welsh drivers (not u Brett ) and wordup and the spinouts from others on those 1st corners but anyway I checked the map on lap 6 on the long straight and saw the leader (Artmann) and Falcon pitted so I figure might as well join them, I switch to prime tires and joined back in the race in I believe 7th or 8th but was making a quick gain till on lap 9 where I passed Falcon due to a slip up for 4th and caught up to Brett and Pawell but it was those blinding S-curves and I couldn't pass so I slowed down but next thing I know I was caught in a cluster when Falcon and Glock closed the exit behind and I was deep inside like my two-left tires are on the grass and then Falcon hit the back-right of my tire and I spun out into the sand and nearly hit the wall I was screaming and begging for the spirits to let me live and hope my car doesn't suffer any damage and thank them they save my car and nearly scrapped the wall, quickly I said "Ok I'm still in this, I can make podium" I quickly join the track and turn revs down to standard and quickly made work and caught Falcon on that sharp turn after the long straight and later saw both him, and Brett into the pits and took 3rd being behind Sandman and then soon passed him until I have to pit at lap 17, once I got out Brett was 6 sec behind me with wordup in 2nd, and me in 3rd and soon I set a fastest lap thinking "Well, if I can't get 1st I'll at least get fastest lap" but soon Pagey destroyed that dream and I couldn't beat it but instead spend the remainder of the race protecting 2nd but slowly gainind on Artmann around the last few laps I was gaining alot on Artmann reduced it to a 10 sec lead (he wanted to save tires and lowered his pace alot) and Brett was gaining on me but somehow lost 3rd) but that's the race, racers.

Notes:
Being hindered with bad luck (karma or bad spirits) with grid spot penalties, frontal wing damage, and spinout I'm proud and shocked to Earn 2nd 👍

Hope to have better results and a win from Falcon in Turkey

Race Report:

To be quite honest I don't really know what happened..

I did ok up to lap 6 then spun just before I was about to pit. BUT THEN... Indy was in my pitstop so I had to wait for him, I ended up spending 25-30 seconds in the pits so when I came back out I was in 15th...

Then when everyone else pit on lap 8 I didn't retake them because of my long pitstop. So then I had to win back some places and I kept doing silly things like nudging Mike and Pagey... It was avin' a mare!

Qualy was boring so that's all I'll say.

I was having a fun race though battling with Ronin, Mike and Tyrell on the last couple of laps. Then the race suddenly stopped! I didn't realise you can't finish the race once you get lapped... That annoyed me because I was alongside Mike when it stopped. What a stupid thing to do...

Oh well..
