Cant enter GoodWood Clubman Cup Race due "Regulation Violation"

So Im just starting to get the hang of GT7 after putting in down for about a year and half. Im at the café where im supposed to collect the 3 european cars. I just won the Mini. Thing is any other race after this I try to enter that requires the Mini I keep getting like the clubman cup I get a “Reguation Violation” because my tires apparently are not correct BUT it does not allow me to change the tires. I did everything: Car settings, Detail settings but all the tires are grayed out so Im stuck. Is this a bug?? And is there a fix?? Or am I missing something? Thanks

BTW Ive seen similar posts but mine is somewhat different as I cant even buy tires. Theyre all grayed out.

I suspect that you haven't yet finished the Cafe Menu Book.

You're in Cafe Menu Book 3: European Classic Compacts. That's the Book you need to complete in order to unlock the Tuning Shop to buy the tyres you want to buy...

I suspect that you haven't yet finished the Cafe Menu Book.

You're in Cafe Menu Book 3: European Classic Compacts. That's the Book you need to complete in order to unlock the Tuning Shop to buy the tyres you want to buy...
