**CAR OF THE WEEK! Friday 23/03/12**

Glad people are liking this COTW, took mine to the shop for an oil change and a wash.

After the oil change I have 201bhp and 408PP and I set off round the Ring for an enjoyable lap taking 9:05.

I thought the rear would be stepping out all over the place, especially on the stock comfort soft tyres, but it actually grips pretty well.

Off now to the Top Gear track for a spin and it's good fun really, not that fast as it doesn't accelerate that well (too heavy I guess, I ran it stock without any tuning at all).

Bit of an off here at the exit to Chicago.

Braking into the Hammerhead.

In the search for some better photos it's off to one of my custom tracks for an early morning run, again loads of fun through the high speed corners.

Gone a bit arty here.

Another good car I wouldn't have gone back to otherwise.

Cheers.

I agree about the engine, a turbo and some weight reduction might work wonders?
Try my "Donnybrook" tune for it. Car is on share if you want to send me an FR and borrow it.👍👍

I hired a teenager to wash mine, instead of GT Auto.

Who can make stainless shine better than someone that flips burgers around the stuff everyday?

No one, that's who. The only car certified by my local Health Board clean enough to be eaten off of.

Bump for the new kids, and to ask for the Car of the Week before 12p CST. Love to bench race at lunch.

Whats the matter? Chicken?

Seen two of these in real life, one in a museum and the other on the hard shoulder of the M6,(me thinks waiting for the AA!)

I've got a few near me. Planning a trip to the factory this year if I can get the time. Going to TX for the F1 race.

We are going to have to consume mass quantities at the F1 this year it appears. I have seen many of these DMCs. The most confounding of them was the one I saw in Fukouka Japan. The car was wrapped as an homage to Ayumi Hamasaki Don't get me wrong. She looked good, the wrap looked good, the DMC appeared to be in good condition. The combination though, ugh.
