Car performance on Lobbies and Sport Mode

Guys, Does the performance of the cars get worse, especifically on Lobbies and Sport Mode for GR.3 and GR.4 groups, when oil and etc, gets bellow normal on the car settings??? Does I always need to change oil, and etc, to get my car in a good pace, on these modes??? Somebody knows this??
