You do need to break in. Car needs 200 miles. Full modifications and finish it with an oil change.

you should do an oil change every time you buy a car because you can add everything else in the tuning sheets, while online.

Oh ok... Did they also have more HP with the smaller Turbo, or was just the lag smaller?

mid range turbos require longer gears and shifting early. as described, their power hits in the middle of the power band

mid and high rpm turbos have 2 very different transmission settings

Has anyone had a look at the "old" mini in this game yet? I was disappointed in it in GT5, as in real life they handle amazingly well, and I know of a few minis with well close to 300hp in RL...

There is an ACR. Comparing stock #s, the new viper has more power. I don't know about fully modded though.

Ran GTS v ACR and ACR won but that might depend on how the cars are tuned

Only one way to find out... If I could test it I would. I'm sure Harry is correct, that it Makes no difference as I've heard from fraternity also.
