I found 2 HPs I think are incorrect.
Chaparral 2J is posted at 1055 unless cars do have to be broken in it should be 1040
Chevy Nova is posted at 797 should be 869 with a SC

The Nova is maxed at 797, pre 1.01 it was higher but for some reason it was dropped. I've tried everything I could to get the horsepower higher, including removing and reinstalling all parts, but its not breaking into 800s unless a new patch comes out restoring the rating.

Why must they do this??? The fastest car right now is Larry Larson's Nova! (I know that's no where near stock)

What I don't understand is why the El Camino, a car with the inferior 325HP version of the 396, has 40 more HP than the Nova with maxed mods. Even if they used the same parts internally, they should have identical horsepower rating. It's not very hard to make 850 horse with a 396, using forged rotation & a blower. You could make over 700 without even using the blower, and still run it on pump-gas.

Exactly. The big block motor can handle 1k+ hp, well its like GT5 a 350 vette made more hp then a 427 vette.

They've changed. Most of them are significantly higher.

I knew that was going to happen. That's why I bought a couple amg's. From my understanding as long as I have them each is worth 20 mill. Because I'll be selling them offline with out any updates.

Somene tune the Silverado, it had over 900 hp in GT5. I'm betting it would break 1000 easily.

And it should still work because it doesn't register the amg as a car because it was never there in the first place when the game first came out. So when I sell it will still give me 20 mill. And I don't think they will delete the amg cars from my garage but who knows.

We will see then cause a lot of people in that thread are freaking out some say they lost their cars and progress in the game IDK, I'll wait till tomorrow to log in and play... I did mine this morning and I played fine and all was in place so like I said IDK...

I think the loss of cars and progress is due to the glitching. I had my PS3 freeze 4 times now doing multiple glitchs, I have not lost any cars, but odd things like paint jobs, rims and tunes.
