the lobby is set up for sports soft max at the moment...........the actual race i leave up the drivers, they may use w/e compound tire they desire, but since their is very fast tire wear, it becomes very interesting watching people pit every 5 laps, and since the actual 2hr event is 95 laps on willow springs it will be wise to have all tire compounds ready to make the best possible pit strategy.

to answer your question..NO the lobby is currently on SPORTS SOFT tires.

I have updated the 2hr endurance race lobby settings.

1. Penalties - OFF
2. Damage - LIGHT
3. Mics - DISABLED

I believe this will encourage racers to make it to the end of the race and not have to worry about some wild penalties given to them. Until i notice everyone has a wired connection and everything is running smoothly i will continue to use these settings for quality assurance. Note that the mics will not be used so if you have a sound track or a playlist you want to listen to while your driving, do not hesitate to import it to GT6 so you can listen to your radio while you drive

I have opened up a lobby for practice racing. #1472 6681 3759 3051 5682 In about 9 hrs i will start the 60 minute timer. This timer will be the green light for qualifying and the start of the race. If you do not arrive and start within the 60 minute timer then you will not race, as i will not restart any race after the timer has concluded its count down. I hope to see at least a few drivers show up for a winning prize of $20 psn card. I do not include myself in the winner circle and i do not use mics, so if you have a soundtrack you would like to listen to while you drive please add it to GT6 and enjoy the 2hr ride around Brands hatch Indy circuit 80's. Normally i would only allow 10 drivers, today will be 16 drivers, high quality with no mics. If you have an ethernet cable please use it, this will significantly increase the quality of our race today. Opel speedster Vs. Vauxhall VX220 NON-TURBO year 2000 STOCK with stock tire class. Hope you can make it and GOOD LUCK!

I have updated the BMW VISION GRAN TURISMO post #26. Now their will be 3 categories of cars racing at the same time. Each category will consist of 5 drivers each, and each category will have a prize of $10 psn card. So it doesn't matter which category of racing you prefer, just pick something that your comfortable with and try to stay next to the leader because their will be plenty of traffic all round the course. All the cars are stock so its quick and easy to pick a category, just choose a car, choose oil & paint, and adjust your brakes. < Their is NO ABS so adjust your brakes accordingly! Hope to gain at least 3 drivers per category, see you at the track! GOOD LUCK!

Seeking some more drivers for August 6th Wednesday for the 2hr endurance race. Anyone interested drop me a message, this will be 6pm NEW YORK USA time. right now i have 3 categories racing, 2 using Vision GT's, 2 using 120i's, and only 1 using the M3 coupe. Looking for at least 9 drivers for a total of 3 drivers in each category but more are welcome. It should be intense with all the traffic, and since this is a time race not how many laps you complete you only have to finish first inside your category of racing to receive a $10 psn card! The new name for this 2 hour endurance racing club is called "Category 3 Racing" nothing has changed. I just added a name to the thread so it sounded like a club! Now that I have a few regular drivers every month it finally has a name!
