I think it would be fitting if the three Top Gear hosts had separate roles in the game. Hammond for describing specific races and challenges, May for the technical descriptions of the cars, and Clarkson to guide you through the career.

That wouldn't really work in a GT game, though. It would be too much of a Top Gear endorsement.
