just wondering... anyone know what good chassis that can fit under a Ferrari F40? The closest I got was from a Honda NSX Super GT (can't remember which one, was the old ARTA 00' or 01' I think) but the front was a few mm longer. (the rear seems ok though, although not as wide as the original F40) Haven't tried the NSX Prototype LM, but its not as wide as the F40 sadly. Tried using a Audi R8 LMS and Buggati Veyron chassis as well (due to the similar wheelbase), but it was really off...

Anyone know of a good chassis for the F40?
Didn't realize that the last post was the same question. :dunce:

hahaha... tree'd.👍
(but seriously though, I hope someone can help us out with this)

the composition is

Chasis and Suspension : Lexus LFA
Height : F 58 R 55
Camber : F 40 R 70

for me this is properly fitment i've ever tried :D

Just been building an R32 Skyline, and i have a chassis to add to the list. The Mitsubishi Evolution X 07 gives a nice fitment without going overboard :)

From just a little bit of research it seems that the Lamborghini Countach LP400 '74 should fit it almost perfectly. Won't improve any handling though. The Premium Asparadrink RX-7 chassis fits too, but I think it's a little wide up front and narrow in the back. The F40 has a pretty short wheelbase at 2451mm. I'll keep looking myself and let you know what I can find.

F40 with the Premium Asparadrink RX-7 chassis swap

Anybody have any ideas on a RWD chassis that would fit a Honda Civic Type R (EK) '97?

Wow... that doesn't look half bad lol. Front looks really spot on, but the rear seems more sunken than the stock chassis. I don't know, but I tried looking at most of the premium cars and they don't have much cars with a similar wheelbase. Although I can't really check if there are any standard cars with similar wheelbase since I don't have a lot of cars in my garage. (using my alternative account here)

But the RX-7 seems like a pretty good idea though. Besides the premium Asparadrink RX-7, did you try out the other race RX-7s yet? (LM, TC, standard Asparadrink RX-7) Oh, and this might be a long shot... but could you try the RX-8 LM chassis as well? (seems like the RX-8 has a really similar wheelbase to the F40 as well)

Oh... and I almost forgot, how well does the Countach chassis fit to the F40? Better than the RX-7? I don't really care much about the handling and performance, since I'm making my F40 strictly a show car anyhow. XD

Anyone know of any good chassis and/or suspensions to make the Oreca Viper Viper GTS '02 lower?

Heres a tip I found out about chassis yesterday, if you give a car a Race car chassis and it handles like crap, then you will need reset the Downforce.

Ant I would remove the HPA Audi TT 09 from the list for the use on S13's it requires well over 10 cmaber to clear the wheel wells when lowered..

Hei
It looks around that with in game suspension. The camber tricks the eyes.

Could we perhaps get some more angles to see what it actually looks like? I saw the other challenger, but I want more pics of your car.

Has anyone found a better chassis for 2010 Camaro SS I'm using HEP G37 at the moment but the rear sticks out more than the front, would be nice to find a chassis that fits better like this Challenger
