Anyway, I like racing the second special condition race for the RAID rally car that sells for 265k. It takes under 8 mins for the two races, and it keeps your B-Spec points down (for all you puritan A-Speccers out there)

Have you reached that day or are you sure it is the 50% completion that made them appear?

I bought the mazda and the nissan r92 cp but the nissan r92cp that i had won in the 1000km race at fuji has more hp 60 more i got the stage 4 turbo on it 1214 hp the black one i have has 1155 probably due to the higher mileage

The other day I finally hit the magic number to go buy these cars....unfortunately, I was only able to get 3 out of 4...Not because of money...but because after buying the 3rd car (Sorry, can't recall which one that was) I saw the last one for sale...However, after the purchase of the 3rd car, the 4th one just upped & vanished! :-(

I looked in EVERY other car lot (Used Car Lot I & II, PLUS the "historic" one just for shi**s & giggles) but to no avail...Guess I'll just have to wait until it comes around again....

Anyone else seem to suffer this in the US version by chance?

Not so. You just have to wait 700 more days. I've had them come around twice; but then, I do buy a lot of wheels.

You probably didn't catch them on day 694. Every time you buy a car, a day passes, if you catch them with only three days left before the end of the week, you can only buy three, 1 each day.
