"Show me your most favorite car in either black or white. Choose your background wisely!
I want to see a pic in one of those styles. A bright one with a white car, or a black car
in the dark or with a black background.

Make sure that there are not to many other colors in the pic. B&W pics would do it too, but
they're not necessary. As long as it fits for either, black or white."

Actually, I really liked your shot. For a PMC it looks fantastic, especially with those white lines - great effect!
But, and now comes the major issue, I didn't saw the theme in your shot. It could've been either, black or white! The white lines and the very bright sky said "white", but the colour of the car + the dark street siad "black".

So I simply couldn't choose it for any of the polls. Sorry mate.
But a great shot, non the less👍

Well, yes. That too.
But also, it looked kind of boring compared to the others. There was no sense of speed in it and for a static image it offers to less details.

Actually, yours was pretty close. It is a bit too dark, but I liked the cool feeling it has.
But in the end, there weren't many things to criticise anymore. I simply went for little things and my personal taste....and unfortunately, yours didn't catched my eye that much. Maybe because it was too dark or had too less details that catch the eye well.
Just small things though...

That was tough!
The street and everything looks perfect and spot on! Good sense of speed, nice details, captured the theme. It looks like you've done everything right!
But, I had to choose a Top12. So, I went back and forth with a few Entries for the last few places.
And I decided to not pick yours because of one simple thing. The cut through the back of the car! It somehow distracts me that I only see a bit of the Corvettes nice back. You maybe would've done better to zoom out a bit more. IMO
Thats the only thing that I would have improoved in your Entry.

Well, feedback: It's too dark.


No really, there wasn't much that kept my eye long enough on the image. IF you would've made it brighter or focused on some details, it may would be a better Entry. But like this, I simply couldn't choose it.
But I see what you were trying to achieve. The Silhouette just doesn't fit to the background IMO

Not at all.
This was maybe on place 13/14! I really liked the shot! It's just...I wanted a variety of different shots in the poll and yours was very similar to some others. Unfortunatelly, I liked those a bit more....
But I can't really criticise much here. Great shot!

I really wished it would've been a Top15 or more. Deciding which one should be in was way harder than expected this time.

My guess is that it was too 50/50. White cars on black backgrounds (and vice-versa) are hard to justify which side of the fence it would fall on.

Especially considering your car itself is 50/50, lol. White body with black trim, hood and wheels.

Says pretty clear here what the rules are. It's fully understandable to do it on your first time or early on. I myself happened to do it.

I just couldn't see one of the themes in it very well.
It would have fitted for a "black AND white" theme though.
