The OP says that the room opens at 07:00pm GMT+1 (BST) and Q starts at 07:30pm GMT+1 (BST) so what are you talking about with this 7.15pm GMT+1 (BST)?

Please make sure your cars are at the correct specs. Room will open at 6.30 (UK BST). Race will start at 7, but we may delay 10 minutes if need be.
Remember the tyre change and please keep to track limits. 2 wheels inside the white lines at all times.

If you see a driver continuously doing this or have any other incidents, please send a PM to a steward (GTP_JIM, johnboy-1975-, TNR_FILO, glenn_Cullen) and we will review the incident, giving penalties where necessary. Make sure all drivers have their wheel plugged in (XD) and if you haven't done the update put it on now. It's very long. If you haven't already told me whether or not you can make it, please do so asap.

I can also confirm that the tyre change setting is working, so we can see if anyone does not change tyres so they will be disqualified from the entire race and will receive a reprimand

I don't even know what time you used past week. As you changed the times, I fairly doubt about my attendance for the rest of the season cause when I signed up, it was 7.00 BST room opens and 7.30pm BST Q starts. I wasn't even aware that you changed the times (which is not really fair imo cause I not signed up for an other time than what the OP says). You should update the OP accordingly...

No need to hand out penalties for tyre type changes because GT6 puts on like an extra 3 minutes to your finishing time

I know mate, I saw when I was testing it, but we'll see if anyone doesn't change. The penalty would put them last, but still classified for points. The penalty would show us and we'll disqualify (hopefully wont have to) that person so they receive no points.
