Is there a space free? If so, I would like to join in. I'm not particularly quick, but it'd be great to take part in a race away from the mayhem of the daily races!

If I'm able to join, then:

Car Racing Number: 51 if I can. If not, 99>
I don't mind either option 1 or 2

By option, are you referring to your number or the Lobby option? If the latter, I would personally prefer Lobby 2 as we currently have less drivers than Lobby 1.

Both #51 & 99 are already taking. Do you have another number you might want.

I'm doing well with this number lark - I didn't realise it was in lobby 1. Number 5 then.

#5 is yours.
You can race in either lobby. If you choose to race in lobby 1 we will be starting in 45 minutes. If you choose to race in lobby 2 then that race will be later on tonight at 8:30pm EST.
Lobby 1 in open now for practice and lobby 2 will open sometime around 8:00pm EST

I will add your information to the list after I'm done running the lobby 1 race

I'd like to thank everyone for coming out this month and helping us work out the kinks of this new series. We are taking next week off and utilizing the time to streamline some things. It may end up being easier to open a new thread and I'll let you know here so keep an eye out for that.

Scores will be up tomorrow afternoon.
 
And again I loved the races yesterday. RBR is a good match for these cars in my opinion. Good slipstreaming, lots off outbreaking possibilities and you can drive next to each other almost the everywhere.

I hope to see everyone back in two weeks for more door to door, nail biting racing. It's gonna be a little different but just as fun. Please keep checking in on the thread to keep up to date with everything.
 
Pretty Sure I was Last in Race #1 Lobby 2.
There was a lot of banging and i just backed out and stayed away from everyone in the rear.

If you remember with all the confusion :lol: We decided to use the positions as they were when caution was called. You were lagging a bit but maybe only I saw it (so maybe it was me?) but Race 2 there were no issues.

Hey Mr. Desert, where can I find replays of the race? I checked your profile this morning but I did not see them.
 
@gentlemanracing has the replay of Race2 posted on his gallery.
If no one else saved it, i can share a replay of Race1 if you want to see it; i saved them both.
Sometimes @aceboy127 does a youtube video of his races too. But you have to listen to his commentary about you to watch that one :lol::lol::lol: and it's only from his perspective since its from his capture card i think.

but the caution was on lap 2 wasnt it? seems odd to me, but ok.

That is correct. It robbed me of the only win I will probably get but I dont race for the points anyway and I would rather not see everyone start fighting over what they think is fair, I only race to have good battles which we or at least I had in the first race. I think I had to pass every car to get to the front unless Desert was never actually in front of me anytime after the restart. I kinda missed the starting gun on the first race trying to get my wheel back to normal settings.
 
I have a question for the BOD. Is it acceptable to run with different sponsors during the season (obviously keeping the same racing number) or would this be frowned upon? If not during the season, what about for the upcoming one?
