Mines sent too. I'm feeling quite confident with this one, so I hope everything goes well.

Also, I'm glad my "Orange" theme got used :)
 
I wonder if Nicknamealguem could post up who has and hasn't sent there entry. I know I haven't sent mine yet but I will send it later today. Promise ;)

Everyone will be hoping they get through to the next round but reality is that not everyone will get through. It will be very tough with these head to head poll styles.

It's really going to be tough!
But thats why pickin the right picture is even harder then in other competitions.
Not knowing what your opponent has created is so nerve-racking! :scared::)

But I may have to correct what I've said in my older post.
Pickin the right shot really isn't the hardest thing, to reach the next round is by far the toughest! :sly:

I'm waiting with mixed emotions to see what my opponent brings to the battle...

This head-to-head style tournament is really nervecracking... And it's really hard to pick the best pic, since you have nothing to compare with... Normally I check out what's been posted in the thread, just to see if I have interpreted the theme correctly...but this time everyone's on their own...

This is fun :D Big thanks to the host of the competition!
 
My opponent hasn't said anything on here so I have no clue on what he is going to produce or how he is going with it. :scared:
 
Finishing up my entry, it took about 3 hours of shooting and 3 hours of editing but I'm really happy with the result! Far and away the most work I've put into a pic.

And now it's 3:30 AM :crazy:

edit: Entry submitted! And now we play the waiting game...

8 New cars, 4 tracks, 2-3 hours, 63 shots, and the one great shot has a door ding.

Oooh, Abstract. This should be interesting; I've actually been doing a lot of them in real life lately, but it's actually quite a bit harder to pull off interestingly-composed ones in GT.

I've got a entry in, Its a little bland though because my other attempts were over the top and didn't look good.
 
Entry sent. I'm quite confident with this one, but I think it's a picture that's either loved or hated. Can't wait to see what Wallbreaker brings on ;)
 
Lol, I didn´t even start to shoot something for this round :D Due to lots of work this week... I´m probably start this evening/night/whatever, hopefully I can get it done until Friday...

I don´t think this tournament is nerve-cracking, it´s more a feel of excitement, like the start into a new F1 season where everyone wants to know who did the best job after endless winter testing. Feeling ready for the ultimate battle. 👍
 
EDIT: I have rephrased my question after reading the rules properly. What happens if a photo is disqualified?

entry sent in im feelin really, really good with this one. imo it fits perfectly with the theme and its a pretty decent pic:scared: hope it does as well as im hoping... definatly excited for this
 
how many people have entered? i don't want everyone waiting on me...
i have lots of good pics, but what i think is the best one, other people might not like. Its hard not knowing what captin slovv is doing.
 
Damn, I'm having second thoughts about the pic I almost sent to Nick. I can't make my choice between two of my pics. I think I'll reshoot some pictures before rushing out to send the PM 👍

I cannot promise you anything this time. I´ll take the time I need :P There are too many places that are worth to be taken into consideration for JohnnyBravo´s/my theme...
