RT my un run in Merc has 618bhp. So I'm guessing the Merc will need PL once it's ran in, back to 621bhp.

Edit: Lexus with stage 2 WR etc is 1380kgs so matches the OP graphic of 20kgs ballast to 1400kgs.

Edit2: My OCD Jag XFR has 655bhp on the OP spec, I guess I will just limit to 641bhp? Also I checked it limited to 641bhp it has 1 more pp than the OP.

1) My Merc has 238 miles on it, so it should be broken in and numbers should be good?

2) Thanks, will fix graphic tonight.

3) I will be breaking in the Jag tonight and finalizing the numbers.

I hate running in cars so I loved PD when they put the XFR in the OCD, for the Jag collection one, now I have 4 XFRs :D.

Had Sports Cat on now back to 604bhp, nevermind 👍.

Is it in the OCD? Damn, and I went through hours of trouble trying to trade for one the other day.

No it was a while back. I jumped at the chance and bought it on all my accounts and sent all to my main :D.

I did some quick testing at Motegi Full and.. The Merc was the slowest, with the Jag and Lexus pretty much equal. I only did 5-7 laps in each and the Merc and Lexus were a little down on bhp. The handling was what I was looking at more than pace.

The Merc is really hard to tame, spent a while ponding what changes I could do to sort it . (I did a 1:53.9 in it, felt there was more since I was all over the place)

The Lexus is very stable both on power and in corners, very easy to drive but it's understeer annoys me, that can be tuned out I imagine though. (1:53.1 in my short test)

The Jag is a mix of the other two it has the stabilty on corners but has a little tail action on the power. I prefer it's handling of the 3. (1:53.2)

Edited in my results from my little test session. I will most likely go Jag, just doing one more thing before deciding though :).

Submited my entry #99 Dark Blue / Black Jag (On my main with Plato suit, totally not obvious what I did there..:P)

How the hell did you end up 2 seconds faster?

Obviously if you guys are going to be finding faults in the specs I will be changing them, but they weren't that far apart when I tested.

Hell, I ran some laps at Indy in the IS-F, then went out in the Jag and ran 2 laps back to back that were .005 and .016 slower. Merc was still within a couple tenths of the other two...

I meant 53.2 my bad. They are close in my post I did say the Lexus and Jag were pretty equal from my little test :P.

Once I get the Jag broken in I can finalize everything.

Make sure you guys with more than 6 gears are only tuning for 6. ;)

I think this is going to be real fun. There might be a friend of mine joining us also. Took the Merc out for a spin today after breaking in and with no tune just loved the car. I'm realy glad to see a series that use good tires so we can have some fun. I don't mind ss tires but only on the lower hp cars. Thanks Turbo and a great job on the specs and OP.

Edit: I forgot to vote on the time but it looks like so far 4pm. That would have been my vote.

Yeah I agree on the tires. Usually I'm a stickler for not running higher than RH tires, but the RM tires just fit these cars so well. Even when they wear way down, you can tell they are worn but they still have more grip than the RH tires do when they are new.

Specs for the IS-F and XFR have been updated. My Jag only has 160 miles on it so the power may jump by a few HP. If so, it'll get a power limiter which I will update when the time comes. But for now, the parts to install are 100% correct. 👍

Sorry, my mistake for getting jumpy and thinking it had Stg 3 weight like the other two cars.

No problem. Nobody has picked the Jag so far... ;)

Oh, and Jahgee - you need to pick a new number, yours is taken already.

Edit: Link added above the registration button for the registration sheet.

Where do you find that Jag? Is it a premium model available in the main dealership or is it only available as a used standard model?

Standard model only. A bit hard to find, not sure if you can win it from somewhere either. But if you post a thread in the Marketplace asking for one, I'm sure someone has one available. Or you can check with paulmac, I guess he has 4 of them. :P

I'm naming my Lexus "Sexi Lexi," btw. ;) Don't ask why.

A big of a pig in the corners, like the old ISF RM, but nothing too bad.

Just a heads up to everyone, if I see a name that voted in the poll but they have not signed up to run in the series, your vote will not count.

I have every car. So should have this one. Need to check their miles to ensure its not damaged. 15,000 or less is needed so I've read.

Just did a 20 lap Practice race at Monza. Really hard to keep the car on the track. Seems that whenever I can get the rear to slide out, the nose wants to slide with it, and do a 4-wheel drift.

EDIT: and just like that, I seem to have fixed the problem. Was going the wrong way with my LSD.

I have two of the XFR Jaguars with Zero miles. If you need one or want a new one let me know and I will get it sent to you. :)

You can win it with Special Event Top Gear Test Track Advanced Gold. This will be the only one you have to run in.

The XFR has also been available in the OCD. If you got it from there, it should already have been pre-run in (even with 0 miles).

It's not available in the UCD.

Fixed the sheet. 👍

Also, surprised at the lack of signups for the Jag. Everyone scared of it because it's a standard car?
