Unfortunately, no Countach available in used cars and the Veyron requires an invitation. Trying to avoid spending 3M on a Chiron or 1.65M on a swap. Anyone have a reasonable priced car and swap that won easily?

You could always do this event at a later time, when you have some credits to spend,
or you look here:

I did the swap on the Silivia S13, what else did you need to do?
If you already have the swapped Silvia, see my post on the first page and use Praiano's tune on SS tyres.
If not, follow Meythia's advice, there is a nice selection of cars that can easily win this event.

get the biggest rear wing, tune it to max rear downforce. (i've tried smaller rear splitter, car's barelly working in straight, not working in corners)
top speed around 460kph (about 480 in setup menu)
drive carefully.
expect to win by 20 seconds.

Weird the SEMA car have more power(1500bhp) and cannot break 420kph, big aero difference.

Hi,

Another vote for the Chiron. Tweak it up a little. Add a power restrictor and drive carefully. You should win by around 2 seconds.

Regards.

Ian.
I used the Chiron myself, with no additional parts bought beyond a ballast and power restrictor, plus the other sets of Sports tires. I put it on the required Sports Softs, tinkered with the power/weight, and won by about ten seconds. I didn’t even buy a full-customize ECU, either.

I am the one who loves GT7 for offering content that is not only about turning the wheel. Therefore I love even this unique race (and track) which trains me hard in finding the solution. I would never have learned so much about tuning if I hadn't been forced to experiment.

I have not won this race so far but yesterday I spent a superb evening by trying to find the proper car, proper tuning and settings… It is a completely different type of experience than usual and I appreciate that.

I'm trying a Mercedes-AMG GT S '15, which I managed (after lots of attempts) to modify so that I gradually fought my way up to fourth place. Yes, it needs a bit of luck also, once I could even win but lost it in final meters. 😉

If you're looking for the quickest one, for me that was the GTR with Chiron engine. But I must have done it in at least 50 different cars by now, so not sure why would anyone struggle. Any so called hypercar with an extended gearbox can breeze it.

Use Lamborghini Aventador LP750 SV 4:33 and fraction. I swapped the Mitsubishi GTO. But after applying a weight reduction, the pr appeared with a symbol and not digits xD, I tried it with several cars without changing the engine and with some I was close :$. Damn PR haha. I wanted to use the F40 but I couldn't lower the points without sacrificing so much power UwU

No-one else mentioned it but the GAC Maverick is the one that did it for me. Eventually

it is in the other thread.
And it is about one of the slowest cars to finish the race that have been mentioned there.
