You're all idiots for being off topic, realizing this and still continuing anyway. Kidding...
But shall we get back on track guys? Cause this idiocracy is getting us nowhere. lol

So we've arrived at the current pole of...

Perfect - 22 person(s)
1 change - 2 person(s)
2 changes - 1 person(s)
3 changes - 0 person(s)
4 changes or more - 1 person(s)

To be honest, this sounds to me like we got a very reliable product so far. And probably the 1 unlucky person is either very unlucky or just not careful enough with his or her equipment.

PS thanks for the feedback on youtube Logiforce, yeah i think i was being unlucky on my first load cell round ( really i havent' done anything stupid on it like adjusting anything at all)

got replacement and it's working fine now ( for 3 days) fingerst crossed.

by the way guys, Is that ok to move the brake 1 notch up ( i haven't got the tuning kit) will it shorten the life of the load cell ( since it's now harder and shorter throw)

The force you need to apply will not change at all if you up the position a notch. The only thing different will be how far you need to press the brake before the load-cell will respond. So the rod that's attach will be hitting the load-cell at an earlier point.
The only thing that would make the braking harder is to change the PU foam. I believe Thomas also explained that in his YouTube video about the tuning kit as I recall. This video is also posted on the CSP support site.

So to summarize my ramblings, changing the position will not shorten the life as no extra pressure will need to be applied to achieve full braking power.

yea, so far i think this poll can debunk all the rumours etc of poor quality. i am now officially looking forward to mine in 4 weeks time :)
