No need to be sorry, the house will be awesome once we're done, and I'll have my own gaming den at the back of the lounge. The benefits of not having kids is that I get my own play room and I don't have to share my toys :sly:

I see. Keep building then! :) 👍

Feel like driving a piece of Americana on this Independance Day? Clueless tunes can help you out. Enjoy 1776 in the Stars and Stipes seasonal and put a big smile on your face :dopey:

Hi Adam! Will you check please the first gear? I think it is 3910 and not 3710.

Happy birthday,Clueless Tunes.

I remember how I found this garage.About a year ago during time trial 40,I believe. The go-to car was the lotus 111r RM on sports hard tires at trial mountain.Desperate to better my time,I went looking all over this site for something that would get me to go morfast. And I tried pretty much everything. Then I noticed something ina different section of your garage.TOUGE cars! I didn't know what that was,but the first thing I learned is that they seem to be tuned with sports hard tires.

I quickly took that lotus set up,threw it onto my RM,and could not believe the results! In a matter of minutes I broke through the top 1000,and ended up finishing my first time trial under 1000!

Its been alot of fun hanging around with this garage and the really nice people that run it.You have been extremely patient with me and helpful in so many ways.Thank you for that, and for the passion you bring to this game has made it so much more enjoyable for people like me.

Many thanks

Always great to hear stories like this 👍. That's why I keep building and trying to have fun. Thank you very much my friend.

Impressive gears, Sir! 👍

It was the only way to get the full potential out of the gear box :P

Many congrats and a big happy birthday to Clueless from the honourary Clueless.

Thank you my friend

And as an honorary Clueless you get to clean out the bird cage. Seems the parrot got a hold of the spicy salsa at the party and...well... good luck :dopey:

Wutwut!? Birthday? Many happy returns....for your tunes....and stuff. Maybe not returns. Whatever. :dopey:

Congrats my curd-noggined brother!

 Thanks, and may the force be with you... or something :cheers:

I celebrated alone but was great, driving your amazing SSR and the other car. 👍 :)

I know that heavy cars aren't really your style, but the SSR is something else, isn't it? 👍

It is 3710... all the way to the left on the slider. Does 3910 work better though?

Enjoy the day everyone :dopey:

Yes, right, the SSR is surprising, really. 👍

Actually, I can't reach the 3710 value, only 38xx all the way to the left... :ouch:

I PM'd you on the PS3 about the second car, and waiting for your advice... 💡

:odd: I'll need yo double check that number again... are all other values the same?

Should be on sometime tomorrow. Maybe see you then :dopey:

Krenkme, I've just tried your SSR for an offline lap. Really very smooth and well behaved. You only really notice the fatness if you miss your line or are a bit late on the brakes - then you can find it a bit difficult to correct. It's even unperturbed by my careless 'use' of the curbs. It suffers a little with top speed against the faster 450pp machines though. Great fun and might surprise the unwary 👍

danbojte
Yes the other numbers fits. 👍

:grumpy::mad: not making it home tonight :grumpy:. I'll check tomorrow.... I hope

It was just me being me during one of our Clueless and friends track days, and I noticed that, even with me behind the wheel, I was (kinda) keeping up ... I even Finished third once :dopey:... might have had only three cars on the track at the time

Thanks for trying it, and I hope you enjoy it as much as me

Okay, now I'm really confused.

I had my garage assistant (a.k.a. my daughter ) check the tranny one more time with the post, and they all match. I told her to put it on share, and that is where it is... if you want to check (and make sure I'm not fully insane yet ).

Could it be in some other part of the build that I missed (saying sport filter when really its a racing...ect.) or maybe I just made the best transmission ever and no one else can use it :dopey:

Howdy krenkme.Found myself in an endurance racing room last night.Everyone gets a week to set up their cars, but being new to the series,I had exactly 10 minutes to find something.
Never had occaison to drive the Transcammer, but that was 1 of the cars being used.A quick check of the Clueless OP got me just what I wanted. It may be a fairly old set up,but it still works quite well,if I do say so.I just pretty much threw it into the car,and finished with a pretty good result.
Then came a race with the G37.This is an old and favored setup of mine, that has lost nothing in spite of the different changes, and I was quite happy to give it a go.Still 1 of my absolute favorite Clueless cars!Cheers. (3 podiums for the new guy.Woo hoo.)

About the parts it's quite simple because they are all on except the turbo.
If you checked and I checked, then it's triple checked so we have to live with it. :grumpy:  👍

The Trans Crammer still works? Wow, that's very good to hear. It is a very old tune :embarrassed:

The G37 is also one if my favorite tunes as well. I thought it went under the radar, and noone uses it. Glad it found a home in your garage, and congratulations on your good finishes 👍:dopey:

Where all of you, my friends, are? I'm all alone everyday online...

Sorry mate, still not sorted my controllers out. I've been messing with a new car this morning, will probably need to run a few laps online with it, so I'll try to get on soon. I'll get myself down the shops to buy a new controller, I won't be buying online again after that last one 👍

I'm glad to "hear" you my friend. :)
What sort of controllers are you buying, Cy? Aren't they Sony?! :scared:

Sorry my friend. Been really busy with real life stuff. I had a little time this weekend, but noone was on :(. Try to catch up with you soon though... I have some tunes to post too :sly::dopey:

:(... Sadly my day did not turn out like I planed. Thanks to the DOT (government regulators for truck drivers), I am unable to return home tonight. And all I have is my app. And no computer to post tunes :(... Maybe in the next few days? :dopey:

We need a race soon, it's been far too long. Us two at the back probably, fighting it out for last :P

Could it be another thing like a certain set of aftermarket wheels? I remember reading in a thread somewhere about one of the wheels giving different trans values that nobody else could figure out how to get.

I've been on a few times, but not online. I have two controllers, both broken. One is really bad, whenever I turn hard right, the mushroom gets stuck. The other one isn't so bad, it just sticks a little, but it is still bad enough to cause me to crash now and then. Plus it makes a horrid squeaky noise when I turn right :scared:

I bought a replacement off of Amazon, as I had some vouchers, but what was billed as a genuine Sony controller turned out to be a Chinese knock-off. It looked the business, but you could tell straight away that it didn't feel like a genuine one. The buttons didn't work properly and the vibrating thing was horrid. The biggest giveaway was that the product number that was on the controller was different to the one on the box it was delivered in. Again, all very convincing if you just glanced at it, but a closer look proved it to be a fake.

I'll take myself off into town today and see if I can buy one over the counter. It's my wedding anniversary today (3 years!!), so I'll probably not be on tonight :sly:

You two are always very welcomed even at the back. :sly:
Covering the back has it's importance. :) 👍

That's really something I couldn't imagine; rims affecting the transmission. But everything is possible, isn't it? :sly: Thanks for help! 👍

Go get a real controller at last...

Happy anniversary, my friend! You're excused for today. :sly: 👍

Hi Adam! Have you checked the 3rd gear ?!

I can reach only 448pp - 327bhp. (I did already the engine & chassis refit :P ).

I have not. But I'll see if I can get my garage assistant to check sometime today 👍

How many miles does your car have? You may have lost power that you'll never get back :(. You can try it with a little less weight. Not sure if it will make a big differance.

I will be home tommorrow. Hope to see you, and others online :dopey:

If I remember well it has over 80,000. See you soon, thanks! 👍

^ I made the GTO and it has over 340 BHP, didn't do the stage 1 engine and had to be careful with other parts. May be I should check I used the right car:lol:
