Ha ha real funny. Anyways not denying that Kentucky is an excellent team; I even picked UK as the winner as painful as it was. I'm just stating that we inveted the tradition of couch burning (which by the way is illegal in Morgantown mainly because a lot of couches are stolen plus riots go hand in hand with them).
I know who invented it. Technically it was rioters decades ago. Sure, you guys are the first known to have done it after a big win, although why you would want that to be common knowledge and defend it with pride is beyond me.

All I'm saying is:

Also it's more of a football tradition (a sport in which we would usually destroy UK at)

What's football? Is that the boring game they play in Europe and South America?

Okay. @Jordan. You can do a second bracket provided that the second round has Kentucky losing to Hampton :dopey:.

Didn't know GTP did the bracket challenge on ESPN. Submitted mine.
Kentucky is overrated, btw. I'll laugh when the day comes that no top recruits join them. :P
The day that recruits stop going to Kentucky will be the day that pigs fly.

Hey @Jordan if WVU somehow plays and beats UK do I get rage banned?
Yes. Since you made a dumb comment.

I don't need to worry. Rutgers/NJIT would never beat Kentucky unless they changed the rules so that scoring the least points how you win. And then still they'd mess that up.

First final: #3 Notre Dame 69 - #14 Northeastern 65.

It was a joke. I would hope he wouldn't ban me for that reason. Oh well I don't think WVU will even get past Maryland

At least I got some points from this slate of games because at this rate, I might not be getting any more from the games currently on. Well, I still think Arizona would win, but most of these games are too close.

DOWN GOES BAYLOR, and also, DOWN GOES IOWA STATE!

#14 Georgia State knocked off the #3 Baylor Bears 57-56 just now. Fellow Big XII school #3 Iowa State fell to the football-less #14 UAB Blazers. The University of Alabama-Birmingham won 60-59.

Wow! Got to love March Madness, folks.

Another #14 seed has advanced. Georgia State 57, #3 Baylor 56.
Fun fact: There are no more perfect brackets remaining. It's only been what, 4 hours?

And another fun fact: I'm wrong. Maybe if ESPN updated the leaderboard faster I wouldn't make assumptions.

For those complaining of not having a perfect bracket, I once saw on ESPN that the odds of a completely perfect bracket is 1 in 9-billion something. You have to be seriously lucky or good to have a totally perfect bracket.

That said, the Big XII stinks right now. Baylor = done. Iowa State = done. Texas = done.

Way too high. Last year it was 1 in 7 billion. This year it's only 1 in 1.6 billion. (Granted, difference is meaningless).

Purdue (my Alma Mater) blew a 7 point lead with less than a minute to go in an entertaining game against Cincinnati. UC got a layup off with 0.2 seconds left in regulation to tie it up. Purdue proceeded to lose in OT by 1. :ouch:

Not that it really matters. UK was just going to humiliate whoever won this game in the next round anyway.

Kentucky really needs to start playing better and do so quickly because Hampton is currently hanging with them. My bracket is already in danger of suffering a couple more losses, and I don't need to lose my national champion on top of it....

It sucks that SMU and Baylor are out. I also panicked when Purdue was eliminated, because I swore I picked them. Guess I didn't.

Also, it's hilarious that the two least optimistic brackets (mine and @AnthonyD1993 's) are leading the GTP group.

They just needed to warm up.

Good win by Oklahoma today against Albany. The Sooners will face the Flyers on Sunday to attempt to advance to the Sweet 16.

DOWN GOES VILLANOVA!

The first #1 to fall is Villanova University, as they lost 71-68 to #8 North Carolina State today. North Carolina State won it all in 1983 against my beloved Houston Cougars (the Phi Slamma Jamma Cougars). Who's to say NCSU makes another such title run?

And just recently...

DOWN GOES GEORGETOWN!

It was the Utah Utes who took down the boys from Washington, D.C. to make the Sweet Sixteen. The Utes are coming here to Houston for the next round of the tournament. The score was 75-64 in favor of the Utes over the Georgetown Hoyas.

A local news station just gave me a heart attack and trolled me hard. I had thought that Virginia was playing Michigan State and that Virginia lost. I have Virginia going to the Finals, and I thought my bracket was just destroyed. Turns out that they showed highlights from a previous match up between the two. Boy am I a dumb, gullible fool. But I'll find out tomorrow if my bracket is toast since that is when they actually play.
