The NOMAD Diablo is way faster than any other GT500 car.

It may have a lot of horsepower, but it has trouble putting it to the tarmac. Even if they were allowed in this competition I wouldn't take it.

Restricting cars from 2000 and later isn't going to solve anything, there's still the R89C, R92CP, Sauber, 787B, Minolta, and more. All those except the 787B reach near or above 1000 Horsepower.
