dude you can't get the 02 solstice concept at 0/0/0. Unless PD puts it in the OCD. You might have to compromise if you want it. Unless I'm wrong and you can get it as a prize car.

This car can be obtained in 0/0/0 from a 1000 ticket, 2002 birthday ticket, level 3 ticket or from OCD.
