I was inspired by @Heldenzeit and tried to find some Bentleys too.

Not much is known about Bentley Java Estate. 6 were made, presumably all in the collection of Sultan of Brunei.

Bentley Dominator. Again the Sultan of Brunei was involved. All 6 cars were in different colours and had all-wheel drive system from Range Rover.

Some of those Sultan Bentleys and Rolls, and his Ferraris etc, are awesome. Many have great shapes let down by questionable or just unresolved detailing. It's just a shame many of them are reckoned to have barely turned a wheel, spending most of their days sat in garages and poorly stored/maintained. Even though many are potentially for sale. Import laws and a lack of ownership papers make it almost impossible. They'll just end their days gathering dust and/or slowly rotting away.

I'm not sure I'd want one if they were. The hangar they sit in may not be climate controlled, and Brunei is very humid. I bet most of these cars are nasty under the skin.

Why can't these things be put on sale???

A good deal of the 'Sultan of Brunei' cars were actually ordered by his brother Jefri. Trouble is, there's some ongoing debate over whether the money was the crown princes or belonged to the state. Therefore the ownership of his collection is in doubt and is likely to remain so as long as the Sultan attempts to sweep the whole matter under the carpet, which he undoubtably will continue to do so since the magnitude of the Sultans own personal wealth is also in question.

Thankfully some have escaped. There are two I know of here in southern California alone, and a few in England I've seen pictures of rolling the streets. The blue FX on the previous page and the 456 Venice Cabrio below are both here in CA.

Interesting, it gives me a Fiat Barchetta vibe oddly enough.

Now PAY ATTENTION HERE

As it may appear, there are presumably 3 of these cars: A Silver, Yellow and Green one.

BUT

It is now known that it is still the same car, proven when during its restoration, a person noted 3 layers of different colored paint ("coincidently" silver, yellow and green) on the door. So it's a one off concept masterpiece ^^

Suzuki RS-3, 1987 prototype, tuned down of the the RS/1, so it would fit better to the Japanese regulations. The project was scrapped by Suzuki in favor of Cappuccino, but was taken over by Mazda, which 2 years later showed three AZ 550 Sports concepts.

Kind of part explains the 'Suzuki Cara' then. The DNA can clearly be seen.

Hmmmm, how about Lamborghini Cala?

This car was supposed to be the successor for the Jalpa but got scrapped after Lamborghini was bought by Audi.
That looks pretty dang modern for being the supposed successor to the Jalpa

6 litre V12 wedge shaped concept by Pininfarina

View attachment 367810

Unveiled at the 1969 Turin Motor Show the Ferrari 512S Berlinetta Speciale was a wedge shaped concept car designed by Filippo Sapino, former Design Director of Ghia while working for Pininfarina. It featured a 6 litre V12 extracted from a Ferrari 612 Can Am Racer and a chassis from a Ferrari 312P damaged at the 1,000km of Monza (chassis number 0868). Only one example was made and sadly it was not a drivable vehicle as the engine block contained no internals.

That feel when you learn another car from R4 actually existed. IGCD said it was made up entirely.

Successor in spirit. It was commissioned by Megatech long after the Jalpa was gone, while they were busy mismanaging Vector as well as Lamborghini.
