I missed the race, on the day of the race in real life my brother crashed his motorcycle and broken his face badly and his spine. I'l rejoin the series when the family isn't in disarray.

That really sucks to hear. You didn't fill out the attendance sheet so I actually wasn't expecting you to race. But I wish your brother all the best as his health is much more important than an online racing series. You are more than welcome to rejoin when everything is back to being as normal as possible.

Finally GTR LM Nismo is here....which track would you think of for the Round 4 of GT academy...

Thank you once again Team CORE. You guys really know how to bring the Racing to life.
It's always good to get a mention and a complement. Cheers Guys for your hard work.

While doing the Photos this week, i couldn't help to notice how long the Ford is!
You can just see my car lol. If you can see 2 cars, then it was some close racing action :P

Yeah it is a bit longer and I noticed from the replay that all the other cars were able to change direction a lot easier which also helped them get the power down as well. It took a very fine balancing act between having a lot of understeer and too much oversteer to get the car around in a semi respectable time. We spent so much of our corner trying to set ourselves up that we struggled to get the power down at the end of it.

When I did spec testing, this was a circuit that suited the agility of the BMW and Lexus and to some extent the Mercedes and Chevrolet as I've found the Chev has handling characteristics similar to the gt3 cars for some reason. The ford just really struggled to handle this circuit and I knew that we were going to have a bad round here for a bit over a month before hand, but we still pressed on.

The positive from the night is that in that last week we managed to get bencrow's times down to within a few seconds of mine. So while he was stuck in last, I can see the improvement us there and when we show up to a more ford friendly circuit, I'm sure he will get the chance to show what he is really capable of doing and hopefully mix it up with the pack :)
