I came over from your post on Neo, and am quite interested. I'll join in!

Nice one, I'll send you an FR and I'm sure the others will too!

Welcome to the CORE 👍

just had a couple of laps practice on the core races

spa is awesome in the GT06 with Sport Soft 'soooo slipperyyyyy:sly:

autumn ring with Sport Hard is the same but managed to get a kinda clean lap in 1:22.xxx (will have to play a bit with the settings):)

THIS LOOKS LIKE IT'S GOING TO BE SOOOO MUCH FUNNN:tup::lol:

....try going a bit slower :sly: (it will help me for one!) 💡

Got a 2.30 on spa, i didn't find it slippery though with the right throttle control ;) . Also got 1.26 on Autumn Ring could of gone maybe a second faster if i could not stuffed up the last section :(

Have only just had a quick spin (using the pad, with autobox), and got a 127.xxx at autumn ring, so I know that with the wheel and a manual there is plenty to come off. I am liking these longer race set ups. Are there any pit stop rules?

I'm leaving that up to the individual, I don't like that there is no 'game' way to police the pitstops, so the fact the races are longer, pitstops might factor regardless

I'm a bit confused, with the first page, or at least i'm not 100% sure what cars are on what tracks this friday

Its T I starting this Friday, have a look under the restrictions for T I, the dates of the first 4 weeks are there. Remember the TSR race is every 4 weeks.

(Check under SEASON 2 - there's an *updates* link explaining Season 2)

question ? do we need to keep the same car for the TI/II/III races.:)

did a little offline practice at spa (5 laps ) only managed a 2:21.xxx (no TC)
2:24.xxx (TC2 to save tyres) .:sly:

me thinks pit stops will be many (at least 2):)

Check again, T I runs for 3 weeks until the first TSR :) So the same 'car' can be used as the same tuning is required for the first 3 weeks (T I) unless you want to use 3 different cars with identical tuning?

T II doesn't start until 17.2.12 - which will come with new tuning & car restrictions :)

so TI has 3 races on diferent dates and TII has 3 races on diferent dates so same car for 3 races in each tier ?:)

Ahh, Omnius did say we would only need 4 cars for each season, so we race the same car weeks 1,2,3, then the TSR, then new car, new TSR.

Yes, like I said in my write up, the idea being we would only need to set a minimum of 4 cars up for the season - you can use more, but like I said, it would only be for cosmetic reasons as each tier has fixed tuning, with each 4th week we'll be in the 'season car' for the TSR's - Same car for all 3 TSR's

Kool
now thats cleared up :)

let me be first to throw the big old glove down hard:)

Autumn Ring 1:22.xxx
NPS Cheviot GP 1:16.xxx
Nurburgring GP/F 2:12.xxx

all in the same car with just a basic setup:tup:

so if push comes to shove i might give the settings a little tweek:lol:

Autumn Ring 1:23.xxx
had a bit of fun on the upward roundabout i would post a pic but...
NPS Cheviot GP 1:14.xxx
