I think he's asking if the stewarding will give him back the 3rd he thinks he could have got. And the answer is it literally could well do.

Moving on from that, great performance by @rcb929 and @FutureF1 for taking home our first CSS win! Great job from all of the teams, I was watching the livestream during rcb's race and there were some really interesting fights developing!

Hello mates..

We have been away for a while due to our work...
But we are back for the last race in Matterhorn Rotenboden.

Restolho Team still on the way to N24.....

Best Regds to all.

Oh, so you're going to sabotage all of our cars so that they don't get off the line? :P

Anyway, best of luck to you and all of the teams, this is going to be a chaotic race at Matterhorn!

Do we have any results for Round 4 of the CSS, or are there complications still being worked out?

^Soon, just getting the final stewarding ironed out (it's taking longer due to a lack of incident reports...). Round 4 results and the driver's brief of Round 5 should be posted by tomorrow night though.

Stewarding notes

The CSS is a development series that not only decided the order of car picking for the new teams but also is to develop teams for the up coming VLN and N24. Driving standards are paramount in these series as there is much at stake and one wrong and silly blunder will result in a whole team losing out. The round 4 stewarding results are to point out where these flaws are in the driving standards at the moment, this is an indication of areas that all teams should be working on as a lesson from others as well as themselves. Teams from last year will be able to recall moments when other drivers have put their race at risk and everyone knows the risk at the nurburgring is high enough without silly moments from other drivers.

CSS Round 4 Race 1

Lap 5 - jonnyb1990 - GTPL_Lucas – Racing incident
Verdict: jonnyb1990 Driving Standards 1/3
Jonny displays very questionable judgement putting his nose into T2 when the door is clearly going to close, this slows both cars. This is a clumsy move which causes both the NSX cars to slow but no damage is caused.

Lap 5 – xNikodemusx – Jonnyb1990 – Avoidable contact
Verdict: xNikodemusx 90 secs
Due to the accident caused by jonnyb ahead on track, it is clear that there is 1.3 seconds of reaction time between the contact up ahead and the contact caused by niko’s driving. Niko comes through the corner without a hint on braking and no avoiding action is taken, therefore this incident is viewed as avoidable.

Lap 56 – Glenalz – Driving standards
Verdict: Warning Driving standards 1/3
Glen exits the pits and is instantly set upon by jonnyb. Jonnyb comes up behind glen and pulls to the right to take then inside line, however Glen after seeing this move begins to move over to the right squeezing jonnyb close to the wall. Although the space given was enough and there was no contact it is clear that Glen has reacted to jonnyb’s move, instead of taking a defensive line thus it is regarded as blocking.

Lap 56 - jonnyb1990 - Glen-Alz-81 - Avoidable Contact
Verdict: jonnyb1990 90 secs
Jonny may have been alongside at one point, but because jonny braked earlier and lost all overlap, if you pause it at 00:05.5 when onboard with jonny (about the point of turn in), you can see jonny has no overlap whatsoever, therefore Glen has the right to the corner, you can see glen on the brakes still, but jonny is coasting into the corner. if jonny had kept on braking, contact would have been avoided. On the other side, Glen appears to make a second defencive move at 1:00:35.4 forcing jonny right to the edge of the circuit, while he has the right, he does also know that jonny was close so could have left more space on the apex. Poor judgement by both drivers.

Lap 62 - Glen-Alz-81 - jonnyb1990 - Blue Flags
Verdict: Glen-Alz-81 10 secs

CSS Round 4 Race 2

Lap 6 - rcb929 - GTPL_Plotnik - Rejoin Blocking
Verdict: 90 secs
Once a driver has had a crash it is tempting to put the foot to the floor and rejoin, but in some cases it is not possible to do that safely, in this instance it was not done in a safe manner, with RCB spun and mike and plotnik coming ever closer the movement from RCB caused plotnik to react and thus causing the side swipe as plotnik went for the opening gap only to find it shut again. This is not an acceptable driving standard, drivers must at all times make sure that their driving is safe for all involved.

Lap 44 - Aachii - Blue Flags
Verdict: 10 secs

Lap 44 - Aachii - GTPL_Plotnik - Avoidable Contact
Verdict: 90 secs
Driving Standards Warning 1/3
Despite aple time to let chozza and plotnik through, aachii refuses to yield leading to the lapping drivers having to force the issue. This culminates in aachii trying to go side by side with Plotnik into T11 having already lost the advantage, aachii misjudges the width, hits the barrier and bounces into Plotnik giving both damage.

CSS Round 4 Race 3

Lap 4 - FutureF1 - memto89 - Racing Incident
Verdict: NFA
Memto gets loose out of T3, meaning is he wide going into T4, by which point Future has his car on the apex. Due to the nature of the track (off camber and falling away), despite still turning left, Future's car understeers to the centre of the track. Memto recieves a punt at 4:04.635 on the race clock that knocks him into the barriers, but since a) Future does leave a car's width between himself and the barrier on memto's side and b) no damage was incurred this is just a racing incident.

Lap 4 - Play117 - rclark83 - Avoidable Contact
Verdict: 90 secs
rclark leaves space on the inside for Play since he knows the other car is close, play simply understeers out of the inside 'lane' into the rear of clark, half spinning the leading car and giving both damage.

Lap 13 - FutureF1 - GTPL_oldboy1957 - Avoidable Contact
Verdict: 90 secs
Despite some questionable blocking moves at T7, oldboy manages to make it passed Future through the T9/10 S. With oldboy clearly ahead into T11 (due to the kink a single-line entry), Future simply runs into the back of him giving both cars damage.

GTPL_oldboy1957 - Text Box Use
Verdict: Warning
All drivers, do not use the text box or voice chat while the race is in progress. If more than two other drivers cannot be seen by you this is the only exception, however if possible you should mention this before the race begins.

Congrats to P24 for the Round victory... We thought we had it.

Sorry. Just reading through the penalties. How did we end up with +4:14 when we only had 3 minutes of penalties? Just slightly confused there.

Is the final races 90 min or 2 hours as stated at the start of the thread?

I know, I understand, and I apologize.

Can I make one small note which is can drivers also refrain from having arguments in the text chat after the race. I only ask this as this can interrupt the stream and commentary as we have to finish faster than we'd want to as there may be all sorts of stuff thrown about in the text box and it looks bad on the series.

Thanks chaps

Congrats to P24 for the Round victory... We thought we had it.

Sorry. Just reading through the penalties. How did we end up with +4:14 when we only had 3 minutes of penalties? Just slightly confused there.

The time listed is the total accumulated time behind the leaders of each of the three races, plus the penalty time added on. For example, P24 had no time penalties but were a lap down, so this is included in the 'time behind leader' figure.
