One question I have about the start. Does the GT leader leave a gap to the back of the LMP field, or do they just join the train?
 
It's best to drive naturally. If you try and slow down and pull over to the side, you'll cause more problems in regards to blind spots and the sudden jutting in and out. Indy has a couple straights that are good for multi class passes and the long bends can work as well.
 
My first race on GTP was in the WEC Feeder and I had a couple of incidents whilst trying to impress. I got caught up in a accident at Turn 1 of Trial Mountain where a GTE car went off and was recovering was offline but by the time I got there he was on the racing line and I went flat out and had a big one, even to this day I still wonder how I didn't get a penalty.

I was more cautious since then and then I looked at how the others did it and I gradually got better at it but it's been a while.
 
Isn't it your teammate fortbo racing tonight Izzy? You're in the lobby but I guess your just gonna hang around for a bit then leave.

Would you like me to Livestream it? As you know I'm all set up from doing it for the N24. If nothing else, I'm sure all the teamates would like to have an option to watch.

Haven't been updated with news of this thread for a few days...which I thought was a bit odd considering how popular it is.

Anyways... good luck to all tonight, hope you all have a great race, especially Andro of course :)

It's time like this that I wish PD had implemented a type of Viewing Gallery lobby, so that people could join without interrupting the race but still get to watch it. NM.

What time will the race start, I will be able to enter the lobby in about a half hour. I just don't want to be late.

spec check is in one hour from now... if your late for that then you are not allowed to race but if your 30 mins out then you will be fine

Ok good, then I will be able to make it. Btw what is the HP limit for the audi? I want to make sure I have it tuned to the regulations.
 
ps3 just crashed.

So annoyed right now, spent all this time practicing only to dc in quali and bam race over. Have fun guys.
