Also guys, I know we cant do private lobbies in this game but are you still able to join a lobby that contains your friends? thanks.

No problem mate you didn't know @Moloko . Look at post 995 here (p34) and you'll see the conditions (time of day, weather and temp) to use in hot lap mode. This current event ends tonight at midnight, i'll post the next event tomorrow.

As a general guide, i start each event on a Tuesday morning more or less, after i post the results of the previous one.

Again don't worry! I hope you'll become a regular TT'er here!! 👍

Yeah same here, and that's why i didn't update my time, i will stick with my ever so slow 1:11.xxx.

Thanks @hobbsy, in the end i did my best time on stock setup, just took the fuel out that's all. And i'm a "Restarter" lol...Instead of doing continious laps, i always restart the session if i mess up a lap, that's why my screenshot always shows my time done on lap 1 when i nail one lol!

I changed a good few things man, tyre pressure, put my ride height and toe to zero, stiffened my anti roll bars and messed around with the dampers too. Alot of trial and error with persistance more than anything really

First real proper go:

1:45:054........

You have to be really smooth with acceleration, braking and turn in some corners. Low grip car surprisingly, good fun! I shortened the gear ratios just a touch, and put the softer tyre on, nothing else. I was on the limiter in 6th at the end of the start/finish straight at 180mph/290kph.

Good times so far guys, keep trying.
