"TRAK" - but the this "TRAK" is different than the sound and feeling when you take an apex. It seems that the steering wheel reaches the maximum limit and makes the noise. Despite this, the steering wheel keeps turning, but to a lesser extent.
I´m using a Logitech G29.

the rotation degrees to be used on PC2, should be 1080 or 900 degrees, and dont forget to set steering sensitivity to 50 (%)

you may also have a to much high value for Volume... probably... (how heavy the wheel feels generally??)
 
Well I got the wobbly old girl round without touching the kerbs at least :lol: This was with 'stable'...

i tried the loose setup again and for sure its slower
I'm having a run tonight but don't think i have much more than the 54.3xx on the leaderboard

Crappy time, once more.... 4:09,036... As I have no chances left for this TT.. i must add that... I hope to forget soon this Combo... Sorry!!! :(
 
It takes a long time to get to know the track, and I still lost a bit out of a couple of corners that got magnified down the straights - pretty frustrating!

I tried Loose again briefly, and although it was a lap with no drama, it was 2 seconds slower than my previous time. Back to Stable and got that time back straight away, then quite a few more laps to get a small improvement...

EDIT: At least on PC in the leaderboard I mean! I know Husslemoff and other guys will get even better!
 
Finally had a go, but have had massive internet problems this week, it's been so slow, and only realised last night that I might not be able to set a time, as TT on PCARS is effectively "online".

I managed to get a lap in, but only after disconnecting from TT mode about 6 times before due to the bad connection! :banghead::banghead: Really frustrating, but glad to have at least set a competitive time.

A real shame, as I was looking forward to giving this a proper go today, more so with more time on the table, but that's the way it goes sometimes.

Results up later, maybe a little earlier than normal fellas, (10pm GMT more or less) as I'm out tonight, and it'll be a real slog I think in uploading the results with my CRAP internet. Well done to you all for giving a toughish combo a go!! :bowdown:

That sucks mate, but at least you got a competitive time in between disconnections 👍

I'm hoping to have another quick run at it tonight if I have time, not sure how much time I'll be able to find (if any), but I have got a ghost to chase from @Outspacer now :D.

Thanks mate, and that's fine, if I've already posted the results, but you still improve your time before we hit midnight GMT, then the time will still count, and I'll just adjust the results accordingly. ;)

Cheers! It may not help you - I'm not sure if there's one on that lap, but I had a few scary moments where somehow I didn't lose much time, if any! And I think my line through Malmedy was CRAP, but maybe not much lost.

I think I pretty much know where I'm losing time after watching the vid that @hasslemoff posted - whether I can get anywhere near the lines I want is the issue! This is actually the first one of these TT's where I've felt properly limited by being on a pad - I'm really feeling the missing last bit of precision in the hairy high speed bits. It's a fun combo nevertheless!

Haha I adjusted the in-car camera via the USB keyboard I have (Shift+k) ......AI 110%, aggression 55%....They hold themselves up as ever on lap 1! :P
