CRAP DiRT Rally Club [PS4] Racenet League Events live

@Eyeseeh50 - Your time of 3:18... on Oskala (SS1) needs to be researched. I'm going to see if I can dig through Steam and Xbox One players, because in the 2010s, I don't think you can go any faster. That's seriously fast, mate! Well done. I think it might be a World Record. I thought I flew through there and was 10 seconds back. Really impressed.

You heard it here first. Nobody's beating that time in SS1. Yes, you can all consider it a challenge and I'd willingly be tarred and feathered if someone does.

Kailajarvi was going well...until I wrecked badly. A triple front flip...how does that happen? Luckily, I didn't terminally damage my car, and am not yet completely out of it. I just need to run the rest of the rally clean and hopefully get a good result.

Just received my assetto corsa copy 2 days early
Only problem I have is that I almost don't have any free time at the moment :ouch:
I'll be doing the dirt rally league, but AC is going to have to wait a few weeks.

I am literally green with envy!! I've been thinking about the sacrifices I'll have to make...and this C.R.A.P. DiRT Club will NOT be one of those sacrifices  I think we have to revert to our younger days when sleeping four hours a night was just fine :gtpflag:

That's actually a second slower than my best time and a long way off the world record

Really? Do you know what the WR is? Huh...maybe my setup has sacrificed speed for tightness...'cause I was literally flat out, with one sideways corner that could've been smoother, but with my set up, the car couldn't have gone faster by much.

My PB in practice, with a POLO is 3:23.186 - it's 3:25... in the Fiesta.

I think the WR is 3:08 or 06
If you practice a stage at the end when the times come up press the triangle button and you will get all your friends personal bests, press r1 to get the world record
This may only work if you choose personal best times instead of Ai when setting up a custom event

Cool. Thanks...

3:08...Jesus. Literally, it must've been Jesus driving...and I'm Jewish :D

I had to make some practise runs in Finland to find out what was wrong. I think I finally found out what I had to do with setups to make Polo feel better and more stable and beat my old record in Iso Pitkäjärvi with almost 20 seconds. I actually still made some mistakes and could have pretty easily cut at least 5 seconds more!

This league has given me huge boost to get my driving better. :)

Good to hear that, any help you need just ask

I accept this challenge

Playing till the sun came back up, and you had to take a look at the calendar to know which day it was.
Looong gone those days :guilty:

I'll run rally Finland tomorrow. It's bloody warm here (well "Belgium-warm" that is) so I'm not really looking forward to it to be honest

It's ridiculously hot here today too. 30 degress C + humidity - feels like 41 C. Uh...I'm in Canada. I hate it. I'd rather be skiing...Get the AC going and just chill today - drink lots of water.

Lol, I just did a 17k run, does that count too :P

You're like the Belgian version of me...I just came back from a leg work out... 6 plate squats, extension, curl and 3 calve excercies... That said, I've already drank 3.5 litres of water...

Hysterical!!

Half way through Finland at the moment and having problems, I must've hit something in stage 1 because the back end is really loose, even in a straight line. I don't have the confidence to push either because the pace notes are quite inconstant sometimes a 4L/R is absolutely flat out, sometimes it is pretty much a right angle over a blind crest. Really should've learnt the tracks by now I suppose.
